Bad experience

My go to shop for smoothies. Also, the customer service is excellent. Special thanks to the gentleman with locs that saved my order from going across town and was kind enough to remake for me. That meant everything that day! Give him a RAISE!

OMG 2 keto dieters and 1 celiac were super happy today to eat at this amazing place! Certified gluten-free food that is delicious too!!! Smoothies sweetened with monk fruit were also yummy!

I very rarely post these as I just don't care. But I want to say that I have really loved visiting for my weekly guilty pleasure. I typically get the Ripped Smoothie and the lovely girl working the drive thru even suggested putting vanilla in and I honestly am addicted. FYI the secret menu of all the add ons is best to review when ordering ahead when you use the lockers life changing info.

I have recently had to go gluten free and went and got the corn dogs. It has been two years since I enjoyed one. These were so good! I will keep coming back to try the other products. Thank you PowerSoul for providing another option!

Our family of five had the BEST experience here just now. The owner came out and spoke to us, was SO knowledgeable and kind. Their products were top notch, well priced, so many environmentally friendly perks…. I cannot sing enough praises. Absolutely amazing experience all around. And the bread? The BREAD!!!!! Have you ever eaten gluten free bread before??? This was phenomenal. You absolutely must try this place if you’re in Vegas! Five out of five stars.

Amazing food, customer service, and clean atmosphere! A true vision to the gluten free world! The barbecue chicken pizza tastes just like California pizza kitchen! Maybe even better! The love language smoothie was fantastic! My children loved the cuddle me and the chocolate monkey smoothie, but I admit I added some white chocolate to it ;-)

Witnessed the owner help an employee make a smoothie and she dug her nose. Do not go here if you don’t want this FILTHY PLACE to make you sick. ?

I needed a late night bite and I drive by here all the time and always thought to myself: why don’t I try this. When you have these intrusive thoughts, always make sure to ignore them. Just ignore them and remember that Tropical Smoothie Cafe is open. Not only did I notice one of the employees wipe a napkin against their mouth while entering the interior, pick something off of the floor and start working on a food order without washing hands, but the only gloved employee in there wore the gloves for everything: prepping food, washing dishes, everything without changing it or washing it in anything but detergent. Food safety was not #1 here which immediately made me doubt the food. I decided to try the açaí bowl they have with dragon fruit and the employee even asked me if I wanted dates or monk fruit in it, to which I responded dates. Look at the photo and tell me what’s wrong with my order…. Anyway, I didn’t double check the food before leaving the drive thru and honestly kind of wanted to cancel the order once I saw employees un-gloved and touching the ground during food prep, but I am a scaredy cat and I did not and the $14 bowl I paid for not only has old blueberries and less than fresh strawberries in, but isn’t even the right item. Never. Again.

Got chicken nuggets and an intention smoothie. Chicken is dry and completely unseasoned 1/10 on this item(highly don’t suggest this item). Smoothie was too thick to drink but mixed in some coconut milk myself and It was ok. nothing I’d go out of my way for. 4/10 on that one. Im going to have to give it a 2/10 for my first time, without much desire to try again since I feel like I just wasted $20 today.

The people here are so sweet so its not ideal for 4 stars but theres def some need for improvement, the last 4 times I've purchased food from here the bomb.coms are cold and the pizza wasn't fully warmed. I even asked them yesterday to fully make sure the bombs were warm and they still weren't. I definitely spend a lot of money here and majority of the time I'm on a lunch break so I cant go home and heat it up. They also sometimes are not wearing gloves when putting the food in the oven to heat it up and its a little gross especially when the kids are sitting in the middle of the drive through on the floor on some occasions.
