Update: I went again the next day and every single coffee my party and I got was significantly worse than yesterdays. On par with Starbucks. You just can’t escape bad coffee in Vegas.

The burrata is cold (I would have preferred slightly warmer) but flavorful and all the other ingredients on the plate complement each other. I saw other appetizers and they all looked amazing

JOYCE did a Great job taking care of us. We had a wonderful night here before our conference, and we had the tuna tartar, shrimp, and two patron espresso martinis each. It was perfect. I think this is a very good lobby bar because everything is fresh and amazing, especially the tuna tartar because I had lemon pearls on top which I have never tried before. Expensive.. But worth it. Great seafood and service.
