Terrible quality of açaí bowl. i have been buying there since they opened but the quality last time was low. The açaí smell like cacao, chocolate or something similar.Very dissatisfied

I placed an order for $70 worth of juices and shots and was excited to try this place because it’s close to me and Ive read great reviews. I walked in the shop with my baby and the one girl working there had zero customer service; no “hello, welcome”, and she didnt even smile when i walked in. I told her i was there for a pick up order and she just walked to the back, maybe said one word and came back and handed me my bag. Idk if she just doesnt want to be there, but there was no welcoming vibe at this place. Juice is great though.

I love this place! Ryan was so helpful, today! He assisted me, so I got the most out of my VIP membership. Also, every time I go there, Ryan, Wendy, & Maria all have my back! It really makes my day when I go there; they're very friendly, professional & engaging; knowing the products very well. Ryan told me about Lenny Kravitz's new Summer drink! I love me some Lenny!!! I've done a few cleanses. They make me feel so much better when I'm starting to feel unhealthy. It's a great reset. Prices are reasonable. I go to the Tivoli Village one because I live in this area. So sad they don't have bowls! I'm a VIP member and have to drive all the way to Town Square to get a bowl (Protein Bowl is the best!). Most of the time I just got to Nektar for bowls(I don't like their juice as much). If they had the bowls at this location it's the only place I would go. Bring all products to Tivoli Village!! Otherwise, great product, great staff, clean and beautiful stores, nice packaging.

I was just so so impressed. A lot of places give the impression they are healthy then the ingredients are subpar. This was quality taste -with- quality ingredients. Wish there were more closer to us!

• clean• friendly and informative staff• we got a few samples which helped us purchase our smoothies/juices• everything was super delicious! I especially enjoyed that everything here was made with milk alternatives since we're lactose intolerant.If I lived here, I'd probably do the VIP program. Looking forward to coming back

Good juice selection but rude, snobby counter workers on April 23 at 2 pm. Quite surprised by this. They kept their heads down as if i was not there. Lots of negative energy for a juice shop. Begrudgingly answered technical, health-based question with vague, empty response. But they had no problem up-selling my purchase! Add a juice to that chlorophyll shot!!
