Honestly, the only thing that would make this place not a five star are the prices. But the food is phenomenal and worth it.

Went for a birthday. Amazing food: complimentary warm bacon and tomato jam, 12oz filet, 19oz smoked ny, lobster mac, lobster risotto, cream spinach, quatro leches. Our severe Corine was excellent. Great drink recommendations and took care of the quatro leches for us. Nice live singing, it was very soft and appropriate for the setting.

I have to tell you was a little skeptical at first! What a Fabulous surprise! We loved everything! The food was so good one of the best fillets I've had in a very long time. The server was so funny and so accommodating he really made our anniversary special. And then a special surprise when Austin the Violin performer started playing his music. It was just perfect. I'll definitely be back.

Service was great from the moment we walked in until we left. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, to include the drinks. Food tasted great and the noise level made it possible to have good conversation. Great place.

Our dinner at Primal Steakhouse was outstanding. Everything we ordered was delicious and flavorful. Our server Derek was amazing as well. Will definitely be going again.

This was our first time and came right when they were opening for the day. Service and attentiveness was outstanding. Our table ordered a tomahawk steak, a couple filets and a smoked new york strip. All steaks were very good except the new york. It was hard to cut and had some hard down the side of each slice that couldn't be cut with a knife. Our sides were very good. Garlic mashed and onion rings were a huge hit. Again staff and service was very good. I gave value a 4 because it is over priced but that is standard for most everything in Vegas right now.

Service from the minute you walk into the door was rude and felt like they truly hated working there. Manager was a condescending moron. I place the blame for all complaints square on his shoulders In a town with some of the top steak houses in the country this restaurant will have to get past its design aesthetic and work on staffing and food issues. I love supporting independently owned restaurants so its sad to see one so mismanaged

A spectacular experience of medieval ambience, artistic flare of food's presentation, and delectable food. Our server was fantastic! He truly enjoyed his job & making our night unforgettable. The assistant manager even frequented the tables welcoming guests, which was a great added touch. We'll definitely go back when in Vegas. We highly recommend the experience! Five Stars.
Michael was a fantastic server! He was attentive, polite and extremely personable! We started with a ceasar and a watermelon salad which were both perfect! Then had filet (which was heavenly), lobster mac & cheese, mashed potatoes and the short rib rigatoni! Everything was excellent!

Went to celebrate our anniversary- food and service were top notch! We both had filets that were cooked perfectly and the sides were just the right amount for sharing. The only hiccup in our overall experience was due to a couple seated next to us that were obviously intoxicated when they arrived and they were arguing and causing a scene. I was impressed with how management and staff did their best to navigate that situation professionally.

We had a great table location away from the music, exceptional service, wonderfully prepared and presented entrees and a memorable time together as a family!
