Perfect experience ALL around! Great service, ambiance, and incredible food. A+ experience for our entire family. We even got to play with the swords before we left!!

What an amazing dining experience - and that's the best way to explain Primal - it's more than a restaurant, it's an experience! Food, service, ambiance - perfect. My only “Complaint” which isn't really a complaint, was the noise level was way too loud to hold a conversation but I can deal with that..

Absolutely one of the best dinning experience. The porterhouse steak was cooked to perfection. The smoked old fashions were outstanding. The service from our waiter Michael was impeccable. He did a great job explains our dining choices and making us feel special. Can wait to return.

First off I read it's as expensive as nicer casino restaurants, nope. Yes it's a great night out with food that hits. Everything we had was excellent, the ahi tacos were a bit out of place but the crunchy shell really adds depth to soft filling of ahi of guac. I had short rib dish and no joke the carrots were impressive. The meat was slow cooker dry but very nonetheless. The lobster bisque was 2nd only to Tavern on Green in NY. I added in Red pepper Risotto and the combo was smashingly delicious, I wanted more. My wife had a Delmonico steak, perfectly cooked, absolutely delicious and we couldn't ask for different, she had lobster Mac and we both thought the cheese combo they used something was off but the grilled lobster in it was amazing, the dish was good but to us not a combo of cheese we'd prefer. I think the only way the elevate what the restaurant is would have a Pappi Van Winkel option on the whisky list but that's really nit picky. We had drinks and desert and after tip was $400. Most of the steak options or huge and your out the cost might be lower if 2 people share a steak. We had food to take home and were extremely happy with the experience. Courtney was awesome, and we will return.

Food was fantastic except for dessert chocolate lava cake wasn't what we expected. The ambience was great. The staff was fantastic and it's definitely experience to go check out 32 ounce tomahawk steak was incredible.

Me and my wife went there for her birthday. The food was outstanding, we had the elk, salmon with muscles, and Mac and cheese lobster. All had very good flavors seafood tasted fresh. Only complaint is the server we had wasnt around very much.

The service was wonderful but the food was the most expensive I've ever had... and it was just okay. I am definitely a foodie but I don't think their steaks met the mark- especially for the price point.

We had the most amazing experience! Our server Ryan was fantastic, the whole staff made it such a great experience for us and our boys!!! The food was perfectly prepared and tasted better than some of the Michelin starred restaurants I've been to! I can't recommend this place enough!!!

After a lot of research on best “off strip” steak houses, I decided on Primal. I was disappointed in with the experience. My wife and shared a 24 oz prime aged porterhouse which was $100. It was just ok. We had two sides, creamed spinach and garlic mashed potatoes. The spinach was pretty bland. Potatoes were good. The total bill was over $230. For that kind of money, I expected a lot better. Overall experience was “mid” at best.

DO NOT waste your money or time on this over rated, overpriced IG photo op! EXTREMELY expensive, HORRIBLE service, rude patrons and inexperienced managers and servers. Changed waiters in the middle of our meal; went there for a birthday and A.) we were not offered a dessert menu (which we had heard was very good) and B.) after witnessing TWO birthdays next to our table replete with sparklers and a huge dessert, my husband was served a literal BITE sized piece of stale cake with a candle on it that was dropped in front of him with not even so much as a “happy” anything said. When I asked for the manager Taylor, he didn't know how to handle our quandary in the difference of experience between our party and the others nearby, so he literally walked away with not so much as even an apology! The GM then came over to try and let us know the restaurant, servers and manager were wrong, yet did NOTHING to compensate after we spent $400!!!!! DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS HORRIBLE EXCUSE FOR A “STEAKHOUSE”. We should have gone to our staple, Flemings for Tomahawk Tuesday. I will tell EVERYONE I know to never waste their time or money on this dump!

Gonna go against the grain and say it’s just not worth a trip away from the strip. Had the dry aged strip with Foie and steak was a solid 8… but certainly not “the best” in Vegas like the FB ad suggests. Design was a bit strange with a mixture of wax candles and grandmas flickering Christmas lights stapled poorly to cheap plywood ceilings. Service was fine. Just not a “must try” type of place. Save yourself an Uber and stay on the Vegas strip.
