DO NOT waste your money or time on this over rated, overpriced IG photo op! EXTREMELY expensive, HORRIBLE service, rude patrons and inexperienced managers and servers. Changed waiters in the middle of our meal; went there for a birthday and A.) we were not offered a dessert menu (which we had heard was very good) and B.) after witnessing TWO birthdays next to our table replete with sparklers and a huge dessert, my husband was served a literal BITE sized piece of stale cake with a candle on it that was dropped in front of him with not even so much as a “happy” anything said. When I asked for the manager Taylor, he didn't know how to handle our quandary in the difference of experience between our party and the others nearby, so he literally walked away with not so much as even an apology! The GM then came over to try and let us know the restaurant, servers and manager were wrong, yet did NOTHING to compensate after we spent $400!!!!! DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS HORRIBLE EXCUSE FOR A “STEAKHOUSE”. We should have gone to our staple, Flemings for Tomahawk Tuesday. I will tell EVERYONE I know to never waste their time or money on this dump!
Gonna go against the grain and say it’s just not worth a trip away from the strip. Had the dry aged strip with Foie and steak was a solid 8… but certainly not “the best” in Vegas like the FB ad suggests. Design was a bit strange with a mixture of wax candles and grandmas flickering Christmas lights stapled poorly to cheap plywood ceilings. Service was fine. Just not a “must try” type of place. Save yourself an Uber and stay on the Vegas strip.
Over all good. Maybe do a better job taking away food when you're done eating. The food was very good!
Had a birthday dinner there with my wife, daughter, and her husband on their recommendation and it didn’t disappoint. Atmosphere is cool and unique, service was attentive but not intrusive, place felt upscale but not snobbish at all. The places with a theme often lack in food quality, but not here, everything was supremely delicious. Musician was good and friendly as well. Top level experience all the way.

Poorly seasoned, heavily charred on the outside and tough tomahawk ribeye. Extremely overpriced for low quality

A quick taxi or Uber ride from the strip, and well worth the trip. It was our first time there, and not only was the food exceptional, but we happened to order items that had a performance aspect as well! The smoked beef carpaccio came on a platter with smoke coming from the bottom, the sangria had a flaming ice cube, the wagyu was cooked tableside with flame, and the creme brulee came on a flaming plate as well.
The service was also top-notch. Andie, our server, was attentive without hovering. The Manager, Giovanni, made sure to check in, and even the busser made sure we weren't waiting too long (we weren't).
A wonderful night out, all around. Highly recommend.
Best birthday/bachelorette dinner ever! Brandon, you and your team made our trip. From the hospitality, high end service, and the photo shoot we got with the swords, LEGENDARY! Highly recommend if you are in Vegas, you gotta go, you wouldn’t regret it :)

There was no point in our experience where I was disappointed. Andrew our server was so impeccable with his service, serving all of us 12 girls. The food was absolutely remarkable, the chef knows what he’s doing. The GM Brandon was so lovely and made us feel so special. That kind of consistency and hospitality speaks volumes about your leadership. Well done. Last but not least, Austin, who is incredibly talented on the violin, we are all absolutely amazed! I feel like we got a completely free concert. A beautiful restaurant, with beautiful staff, and beautiful food, thank you Brandon and team! We will be dining here again!

Primal Steakhouse delivers a truly unique and memorable dining experience. The vibe is immersive and fun, with a theatrical edge that sets it apart. We had fantastic service from start to finish, and the food lived up to the hype. The watermelon salad was surprisingly refreshing and flavorful, and the bread with bacon jam? Absolutely addicting. Steaks were all excellent, especially the Delmonico. The chocolate lava cake takes a bit longer, but it’s 100% worth the wait.

The food was fantastic and the ambiance wonderful. While I initially felt overlooked and a bit uncomfortable, the manager stepped in with genuine care and quickly resolved the situation. I truly appreciate how professionally it was handled — it turned the evening into a positive experience after all. Thank you for making it right.
I recommend this place — great food and thoughtful service when it matters.
