We were there to celebrate our 37th wedding anniversary. On the table was a card wishing us well. The restaurant was very busy, everyone was working so service was a bit slow, no problem for us. We decided to order the special was a six ounce petite filet with a demi glaze sauce. When it arrived, the demi glaze was more like a gravy, very thick, and too much. It was okay but I would not order this again. Since it was full, the noise level was loud. If you were not seated close, you could not hear what the other person was saying.

The food here is excellent. We all had prime rib, and it was prepared perfectly. The waiter we had was ok, but the assistant was fair. We waited a long time to get our drinks and salads. When the salads finally came, one of them was wrong. However, overall, I would recommend this location for dinner. They are busy and strongly recommended you make reservations.

Fairly priced , but not a very extensive menu, The service from Steven A. was excellent as was the service from his assistant. They were attentive and friendly. BTW the martini's are great!!

We have been here many many times and it is still the best prime rib and best price in Vegas. Read prior reviews for more info.

We have been going regularly for years, the pricing had been consistent. The salmon portion was the same size, and they raised the price $ 10.00 it is now as pricey as the Prime Rib. Sadly we'll find a new place for our Anniversaries and birthdays

Took wife to Primary Prime for her birthday. As always everything was top notch. Maybe the best value at any casino in Vegas.. Definitely the best value. Highly recommend.

Primarily Prime Rib is a hidden gem for anyone who loves a classic, hearty meal done right. The prime rib here is tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with attentive service that makes you feel genuinely welcome. Portions are generous, sides are delicious, and everything has that comforting, old-school steakhouse charm. A perfect spot for a special night out or simply treating yourself to a top-quality meal.

We keep coming back. Service is always prompt, drinks come out right away, I ordered the absolute cosmo, good price and it was tasty. Fresh bread was served right away. Salads are made table side, the 3 of us had the prime rib. The three of us all enjoyed different cuts, south point cut, the English cut and the Cajun cut. The Cajun had a little kick to it, all the sides were good portions, we added the bbq mac and cheese and the jalapeño creamed corn. Mac and cheese was tasty, the creamed corn was a bit sweet without any heat from the jalapeño. Won't be ordering that again. It was my husband's birthday and they brought a nice little ice cream sundae with a candle for him. Over all just like any other time the service and food was awesome!

We have been to Primarily Prime Rib at least 20+ times over the last 7 years but find that the quality of the Prime Rib is just not consistent, the best we can figure out is that in low season when tourism is down they serve a lower quality beef and in peak tourism season when hotel occupancy is high they serve a higher quality. W had just dine 3 weeks ago and the Prime Rib was very tasty and very tender could easily be cut with the knife. Last night there were three of us and all of our cuts were chewy and felt like sawing through leather. This is not the first time over the past years this has happened with us but we learned to return and try it another time. We are locals. It is just a shame they need to lower their quality but sadly I can understand tourism is down but their restaurant did appear full when we left.

Our waiters name was Meng.... We received horrible service. He couldn't get the order right. I asked for a medium well cajun spiced prime rib steak and sent it back twice because it was too raw. I finally just gave up and told him to give me a prime rib well done. I don't think the waiter understood. My wife got a baked potato that was burnt and hard. It was clearly overcooked. The waiter tried to cover it up with a big chunk of butter. The manger was nice enough to replace it. We will never sit in his area again. We noticed other people were complaining as well. We are long time customers of Primary Prime Rib, but this is the worst experience we've ever had there.
