Food is over priced. $25.00 for a veggie burger (or sub a Beyond patty for additional $4.50 to a regular burger) and fries are an additional $7.00 A big disappointment. The $20 Groupon helped

The burgers were extremely greasy and highly overpriced. I purchased a Groupon for $40 worth of food without realizing that it was for dining for four people. Granted, that was my fault since I didn't notice the required number of people, but the manager only honored the amount I paid for the Groupon and refused to give any discount. If I had purchased the Groupon for two people, I still would've gotten $11 off my food. She wouldn't even give a discount of a dollar. We ended up spending over $70 for two burgers and one order of fries. I would never go there again.

We looked forward to our dining experience at Primeburger since we had enjoyed their excellent, although pricey hamburgers, and service on several occasions in the past. We have always used a Groupon coupon, which helped defray the higher cost of our meals. We are generous tippers, and enjoy alcoholic beverages, starters, and dessert with our meal. However, on this occasion, we were surprised by our reception. As an Open Table VIP member, I do expect (an usually receive) a decent table and service. Although we had a reservation, clearly we were an after thought. Upon arrival, we were shown a table right next to the outside food court which was so noisy I could not converse with my husband. When the server arrived to take our order, I immediately explained that we had anticipated our son and daughter-in-law joining us, and had purchased the Groupon for four (spending $24 for a $40 credit). Since our guests had been unable to join us, I hoped that the management would still allow us to use the Groupon credit, or even the original amount we had paid. The answer was a definitive “no.” Since we did not want to be charged the $25 reservation fee for being a ‘no show,' we ordered a Pepsi and iced tea. Upon receiving them, I asked for the bill, and we prepared to leave. We were informed that the drinks were complimentary because they had been unable to honour our Groupon. We left and walked around the corner to the Casanova restaurant where we were treated like royalty. See my review of Casanova.

The burgers were good but a bit overpriced, even for Vegas standards. The fries were oddly starchy but acceptable. The service was great.

We went as a group of four. A long piece of brown hair was found in the burger. They took the food from us and they never came back with another burger. They just took the food and never came back. They never got us refills. Never came to check on us.

I was enjoying my burger when I pulled out two long brown hairs out of the patty itself. When we let staff know, they did comp just our burgers, which was fine till they didn’t offer if I wanted it remade, and did not come back to the table unless they were flagged down even for our ticket. At a server of 10 years it was crazy to me that they didn’t come back after that to try to make our experience better. Worst service I’ve ever had.

Came here to eat and when the burger came out we found 3 very long strands of hair in it. Told the manager about the situation they took our food back and then never came back to our table again for the next 30 minutes and neither did the server. we had to flag them down and then they still charged us for food after taking it and never coming back to the table to resolve the situation.

The worst business at hotel Venecia

Rather small and somewhat cramped. .... Otherwise the food was fine, nothing great but there was no wait on a Friday night so we were able to get a bite in under an hour

Woke up with headaches (how did that happen?). We stumbled out of bed, got dressed, and went to look for food. We were salt deprived, so the menu at Prime Burger sounded good to us.

Like others have stated, everything is overpriced. But you have to remember this is Vegas. It's like Disney, but not as kid friendly and more fun things to do here.

The Philly Cheesesteak was pretty good, but not outstanding which is what you expect for that price.

Also got the Crispy Chicken sandwich. That thing was huge. Lettuce was nice and crisp. Only complaint is that the bun felt like it was a day or two old. You know how old bread gets. It falls apart and that's what mine did, so my sandwich was a mess.

Good thing we only got one order of french fries. Unfortunately they weren't really salty which is probably better for us, but we were craving salt. One order of french fries can be easily shared with another person, so something to think about when you order.

No Coke here, just Pepsi. I got it anyway. Also, the service was great. It wasn't too loud in the restaurant either which was a blessing thanks to our headaches.

Almost forgot to mention they serve breakfast until 10:45am. Maybe we'll try breakfast here. Not sure.

We decided to finally try this place.
First, it is really over priced.
The burger was great though and it’s big enough to share if you only want to try it without breaking the bank.

With prices going up on everything, I’d rather go to a nice steak restaurant instead of spending money on a burger.

The burger we ordered was the basic burger on the menu and the flavor was really nice. Fries were nice and crispy and well seasoned without being salty.

Overall, it’s good, and may go back, not sure yet.

This was the most mediocre burger I’ve ever had. The presentation was tacky, it did not look appetizing. The flavor was totally lacking, nothing at all. Even the ingredients added to it were just blah. Five guys does a better job, and probably Johnny rockets right across does too. I’m a foodie and that was so disappointing. The drinks taste like a pound of sugar on a cup. And let’s not even talk about the price, of course normal for the area but I would even pay $5 for the burgers. Had the Hawaii five 0

Prime Burger is everything a restaurant should be. From sitting down to taking our drinks order, the service was excellent. Drinks were brought out promptly & our food order was taken. We didn't wait too long & the food quality was very good. Our limitless Cokes were topped up regularly & the staff member moving onto another table. As far as I was concerned, the whole experience was faultless & highly recommended.
