I stay at the park MGM because it has great access to the strip, awesome staff, and great food. Primerose has been my go to for breakfast for sure with friends or party of one at the bar. Not only do they have amazing food options but their drinks are beautiful and taste delicious. We had a great meal. Service is on the slower side which was fine with us. But occasionally we couldn't find our server when we needed him. The food was great. The staff is very knowledgeable about gluten free needs and letting you know if something may have a cross contamination and recommending a substitute for it.
I had the brioche French toast and it was delicious! The decor is very comforting cozy and chic. I was a solo diner and they sat me by the fireplace in a wingback chair with a little cafe table, it was perfect. Will be going back again for the duration of my stay at Park MGM.
