The eastern location has terrible employees. The girls are rude, and don’t smile or greet you. I used to love going there after the gym, but recently they have hired individuals with terrible customer service. If you care about service don’t go to this location. They are rude and have terrible service!

My son liked the food. The only reason I gave it two stars was the customer service. Food was great don’t get me wrong. For someone who hasn’t been there before the service could’ve been better.

Really bad customer service. First timer. Accidentally placed online order at wrong location. That’s my fault, but staff onsite instead of being helpful were just rude and gave an attitude like they couldn’t care less about my issue. Was excited to try it but not when staff are rude.

Won't be back to the Eastern location purely based on service. No smile, no welcome in, barely wanted to help me with the menu, miserable look on everyone's face. I get it sometimes. I agree with previous reviews about the sentiment of the customer service. I tried saying thank you when they called me up to get my order (they don’t bring it to table or take your order because it’s on a computer). Even though I smiled and tried to get eye contact, they weren’t even busy and just turned away rolling their eyes. This is both the ladies by the smoothies and the pancake chef. Food is good but almost awkward to be eating in when the people behind the counter seem annoyed by your presence.

They don’t have ranch BUT overall good portions and delicious!

Super delicious healthy meals. I usually get the super Keto plate, which is a grilled stake seasoned with pepper, cauliflower rice, avocado, and feta cheese. It's super yummy!!. they also have all kinds of healthy breakfast and smoothies. I'm on a 0 sugar diet, but eventually, I will come back and try their shakes. they also do meal preparation. amazing place, come try them!!
