I was super excited to try the protein house (on eastern).I was super stocked when I saw there was a location around the corner from me. First I said hello, how are you? I got no response. I then asked was how long has this location been here. She gave me a dirty look and asked what do i mean? I was flabbergasted, they lost a customer before I could try it. The food looked delicious and I was so upset I couldn’t try it. But I refuse to spend money at a place with people like this(during a gov shutdown). Idk it rubbed me the wrong way.

Super good food menu/selection! I’ve been here a bunch of time and I’ll say it’s the best around for clean eats! I’m not sure if they use bad seed oils when cooking food but the taste is great if that’s what you’re looking for! I pretty much get the same bowl when I go! Bison for the high protein content! The vegan sweet potato brownie is fire as well!

So, I ordered fries and build your own bowl, my driver took 8 min to get food to me, so when I received my food it was cold and stale and my sauce that I ordered with my bowl never came either, I called them to speak with supervisor or manager was told that there was no one! I was told to get my credit from door dash nothing could be done! I wouldn’t recommend eating here there’s no way 8 min would have caused stale and cold food, and I had to sauce with my meat or salad, I paid 30.00 dollars for 2 items absolutely a shame, to spend this kind of money and get the worst food and to be told your just out of luck!

The most “Gen Z Stare” customer service. I thought people were lying about the gen z stare, turns out, they weren’t! It’s okay and normal to greet your customers as they come in. It’s also okay to give suggestions on shakes when the customer is clearly indecisive. It’s okay to stage how much change you’re giving back to them. And it’s definitely okay to give a guesstimate on how long the wait will be for the food. Don’t be afraid if the customers. Also owner, homegirls need training in counting out change in coins. That was a wiiiillld experience. Food was good though, just a really awkward exchange with the staff.

I ordered the power wrap with a side salad and a gut health juice. Both were VERY good. The staff was SUPER helpful and friendly. It was my first time here, but I'll definitely be back!

Highly helpful with all of my food choices and requests. Friendly and lovely staff and the service was quick! Spectacular food and drink options. I would suggest something but every time I go back I try something else and it has so far all been amazing. I will be back soon that’s for sure!

The eastern location has terrible employees. The girls are rude, and don’t smile or greet you. I used to love going there after the gym, but recently they have hired individuals with terrible customer service. If you care about service don’t go to this location. They are rude and have terrible service!

Burger is decent. All employees need basic customer service training to just be generally not rude. French fries came out raw and chefs were stunned I sent it back. For the price, two stars is more than fair

My son liked the food. The only reason I gave it two stars was the customer service. Food was great don’t get me wrong. For someone who hasn’t been there before the service could’ve been better.
