I eat at many of the PTs throughout town and this one has poor service. Very abrasive and impolite, especially when compared to AZC Decatur and the Strat. There is no greeting when you approach the counter and if after saying hello and start ordering with the person in front of you, the response is I'll let you know when I'm ready. Today, after being told that I'd be called when it was ready and I asked, do you think 5, 10 minutes or so, hardly an unreasonable question and the answer is I'll call you when it's ready. Dont know what it is about this particular location but the staff is great at both Sourdough Cafes and Dunkin and it's only this PTs. I would hope you could take this as a training incentive and teach the staff proper service and how far being polite can go because this location fails in that respect

The food was good. Chicken wings and the sliders were delicious. Chicken wings was nice and crispy and was not over cooked. Kudos!! We will be back. Fyi this PT is inside Arizona Charlie Casino on Boulder Highway.

I ordered wings when I opened the box I saw 10 stink bugs eating my wings. The service is fantastic the woman spat on me while I was waiting for my food. But inside it looks like a prison?

Ordered wings with bbq sauce on the side. Chicken wings were burnt and hard and the oil must have been old. The wings use to be good maybe it was the cook. Got home and was disappointed and threw it all away.

Worst service ever. Cashier had been calling the wrong name for pickup. Food got cold sitting on the counter for over 20 minutes. Only rectification offered was to remake and wait another 25 minutes.Trash cans were full and the tables were dirty.

When I checked into the hotel, the staff was not very nice at all. So I do not recommend this hotel. This hotel is in the same ranking as a Motel 6. They gave me a room facing the garage. Tacky. When I checked into the hotel through the casino, and I might add that the casino air conditioning, is not working very well. You could really smell the smoke in there. I will not be coming back to this hotel.
I have stayed at 100s of hotels over the years and usually know what I’m getting by category ranking, etc. this is a no frills budget hotel… but it’s just horrible! To say it’s dirty is an understatement. I don’t think anything was cleaned for weeks. The carpet was literally blackened with stains.. smelled… and hasn’t been vacuumed for awhile. The main door on the inside has footprints all over it. The sink counter was cracked. The faucet dripped. NO iron or ironing board. I was afraid to sleep in the bed but it appeared to be the only thing cleaned by housekeeping. The next morning I went to the casino building to get some food… then went back to my room and both keys didn’t work. I had to walk all the way back to front desk and told them my keys didn’t work. She asked me “what did you do to the keys?!?!” In a very condescending tone. I told her nothing. She gane me new keys and tole me if they didn’t work she would send someone to let me in. Well… surprise… they didn’t work. So another walk back and a huge sigh led to a call for maintenance. He came about 5 mins later and used his key to let me in… but never solved the problem. I asked about new keys and he asked when I was checking out. I told him today and he told me not to shut the door if I left????? Sure… I’m going to leave my door open and unlocked and assume nobody was going to come on in ? There were people just hanging out in the outside hallways … don’t think they were even staying at hotel… but were staying out of the rain. Never did I see anyone from security walk by and make me feel safe. My room was free… and you couldn’t pay me to stay here again. I’ve stayed at the Decatur property before … and it isnt pretty either… but compared to Boulder… Decatur is the Four Seasons! Trust me… never stay here ! I’d rather sleep in my car

Got a Philly cheese steak sandwich. Was so very disappointed. Not sure if they changed cooks or management but this was horrible!! Before I used to get a real cheesecake sandwich. Used to be great! Plenty of meat, peppers , the works!! Now all I got was mostly bun, hardly any meat, no peppers no onion, was so dry and it tasted horrible!! Seriously??!! And for 12 bucks??!! Looks like I paid 12 bucks for a bun only. And it's been like this for the last couple of visits. Looks like I definitely won't be ordering from here anymore. Wish I could give 0 stars

Had a 4 day stay and checked in, the room was so filthy and outside our door was garbage all around, immediately went back to front desk and had our room changed. This was worst than the first one. All torn thresholds, white fluff on the floor in front of the most disgusting sofa. All stained, we would not even sit on it. Wallpaper hanging off the walls. Window sill by bed so dirty black with and all torn wallpaper there also. Black mold In bathroom. And air condition vents had debris and so very dirty. Faucets are totally nasty. We left after one night. Did not feel safe either.
