5/22/25. 10:40am. Female associate was inconsiderate and rude. I had myself a breakfast sandwich from the adjacent Dunkin Donuts. When finishing my meal I needed some napkins, there were none available at any of the tables. So I looked around the counter area, and the girl working Dunkin Donuts was busy, so I ask the female PT express worker. She quickly dismissed me saying that they weren’t open yet. I reiterated that I only needed some napkins (clearly my hands were stinky and face needed some) but she continued to say they weren’t open. I trying repeatedly saying I just needed napkins. She continued to disappear behind the door saying the other girl at Dunkin could help me. The PT associate was fully capable of handing me a couple napkins that were within her reach but out of mine. She was busy preparing their area to open soon, but Her hands weren’t full and I would have expected at least some consideration to the obvious need of a napkin. But no, just dismissal and lack of customer service. I was shocked. Regardless of your opening hours, courtesy and customer service should always be upmost priority when in customer presence.

🤣🤣🤣 there is nothing express about this place!! I ordered a burger and fries and only 1 guy in front of me and it took 20 minutes to order up ! God I could’ve driven home and cooked a burger in that time !
