The worst meal I've had here! I ordered the sliders no Tabasco mayo no flavor! Bread was hard. The guacamole had no flavor no onions no nothing! I ordered some pico put it in salt and pepper and cholula!

First off the bartender never greeted me or my staff members. We had to ask for drinks and also had to ask for food menus. A couple of different times. Zero personality. I ordered a pizza and the pizza came out burnt All to hell. Bartender seen it and the cook seen It and the cook was laughing about it, even making jokes. The pizza had not even been cut. The bartender saw me attempting to cut it and laughing about it with my colleagues and still never attempted to get it right. I had to ask him to take the pizza back and have them cut it. He brought me back the burnt pizza. I ate a slice as I was hungry and hadn't eaten lunch. As i'm ready to walk out the door the cook brings out a fresh pizza. Why would the bartender have not told me that he was bringing out a fresh one or the cook.? The gaming was terrible. The service was bad and the food. We'll be back to this location.

Great bartender gets 5 star. He normally works at the Durango and Twain location but the cook needs to be retrained. Fish and Chips came out still frozen and second order was just ok. Honestly still under cooked.

Came in on a Friday afternoon looking to order food. Being a Vegas local and have been to many PT’s I thought this was a sure bet. I can honestly say this was the worst food I’ve ever experienced from PT’s. The pizza was just absolutely horrible. Wings lacked flavor. Bartender was cool.

Me and my friend came in 6/19 around 8 pm. We had to switch multiple machines because they weren’t working. Put in $15, tried to put in another $20 and the machine wouldn’t take it. Heather the bartender was super rude and acted like she didn't want to help us. We put music on the touch tunes and asked if she can turn it up, she just said “yah” and walked away, she came back to the bar area and didn’t turn it up. I asked her again nicely and she just walked over to her screen and turned it up a little. She didn’t ask us once if we wanted another drink, didn’t smile, didn’t interact nothing at all. Seemed so annoyed the whole time. We had 1 mixed drink each and both played the slots, we went to cash out and she says “ well you only put $15 in the machine but I’ll comp the drink” mind you we only put $15 in because the machine wasn’t working! Heather was just so rude and disrespectful. Do yourself a favor and go to the location up the road on Buffalo and the 215.
This is the worst managed PTs in Las Vegas and the regular patrons are trash. It got so much worse over the years. I really don't feel like going into all the details. Just look at some of the reviews from the former regulars.
