I sat at the bar gambling for 25 minutes and the female bartender rather talk to her friends instead of bartending or greeting customers. I wasn't offered a drink till the bartender guy came from the kitchen. I took a couple sips, left them a $20 tip and left. Never going back. Terrible staff.

My friend and l visited this location for the first time this evening. Service was absolutely horrible. From the beginning we never got greeted while we sat down at the bar. I wasn’t sure what kind of mix drink l wanted to order, however, there was not any suggestion coming out from bartender. I got straw in my drink, my girl did not. After first drink, bartender totally ignored us, l had to flag him to request next round. He did not bother to check on us, or offer food menu. Finally, when l was ready to pay my tab, l had to get up and go on the opposite side of the bar trying to catch my bartender attention. No success. After standing in front of stack white plates for a couple minutes and not being acknowledged (look in the camera) went back to my seat, grab my friend and we left. I could understand a lack of proper customer service if place was packed, but there were only about 10 people sitting at the bar beside us. He may have been having a bad day, l do not know, but that is not the way to be behind a bar. This is Las Vegas, bars and pubs are on every corner, in my opinion should be important to the local business to welcome and treat customers/ guests with proper etiquette and attitude.

Bar food is always good. The service was great. Food came quickly. Had Philly cheesesteak egg rolls, spinach artichoke dip, fish and chips, chicken sandwich, and extra hot wings.

We were in town from St. Louis and we're looking for some good wings, found PTs Gold through Yelp. Wings were amazing, Scott was our server and bartender and his service was great and his margaritas were amazing!! Would recommend.

Previously a 5 star establishment. Recently they changed their gaming comps. $100 in the machine doesn't cover 3 beers and a shot. Machine's have gotten tighter. Average cost for a domestic draft beer is $12.00.

The experience was mad fun and chill as bleep! Around 20 or so people showed up and PTS Gold handled us with such ease; Sara and Scottie had us on point like an arrow! We'd all go back again most definitely! The drinks were fiyah too! The food was muy delicioso también!
