Since we live walking distance, we wanted to make this our neighborhood spot. We have given this location more than a few chances to redeem itself and last weekend was the last time we will visit this location. We never get greeted, and if we do, it's done with a lack of friendliness or ignored and left waiting while other patrons walk in after us and they get helped right away. It's always by the middle Eastern woman with the long black hair that leaves us not feeling welcomed. Asking for a Menu or to recommend a drink since I'm not too familiar with cocktails, seems like such a task for her and a few other bartenders. We noticed that she's only friendly to her usual patrons, something we wanted to be at this PTs but they dropped the ball here with the customer service. The Lodge on Blue diamond is a bit further down the road but EVERYONE there has been beyond welcoming and that's why we have made that our spot to watch games and mingle.

Don't waste your time... if you not a "regular". You'll be treated EXTREMELY differently! Even when gambling $60-$80 within minutes, unless you're betting a $1 or more a hand, don't count on compted drinks.Regulars showed up and got free drinks, that weren't even gambling, but BUD LIGHT DRAFTS... NEED $1 Per bet in order to get it compted, after gambling $60 in less than 20-30 mins.Go somewhere that welcomes you as a customer.

Graveyard Andrew is my favorite! But really all graveyard employees at this location are the best!! Have been in During daytime shift, and the enthusiasm just isn't there for me like the night shifts. Though the ladies are gorgeous, it felt more like a live Montague of Mean Girls turned sitcom, than it did lunch and a sit-down at my favorite machine!! At least befriend me girls!!

I've been living in Rhodes Ranch for three years, and each time I visit this place, I experience consistently poor customer service. Last night was no different. I was completely ignored at the bar, even after waiting for 10 minutes. I had to ask someone else to get the bartender's attention. Liz, who had a terrible attitude, provided the worst customer service I've seen in a long time. The other server who's only allowed to serve the tables, treated everyone with respect and greeted and said bye as people came and left, but Liz refused to serve drinks and took an excessive amount of time when she did. Even the person next to me was surprised at how I remained calm while getting ignored. Due to the poor service, I spent less money and got less drinks than I intended to. I hope the management addresses this issue. With this PT's being so close to my home it's really convenient to go to, but I'd rather drive 15-20 mins to another bar across town then get the same customer service I got.

This place is nice and close to home. Atmosphere is wonderful and bartenders are friendly . Watching a game here is amazing with but TVs, even better when it’s packed with people excited. The food is good the only down side is the food is just very very salty

I had a fantastic time here with my friends great neighbor hood ? tavern the food was not bar food it was home cooking. Seriously, I had the chicken sandwich ? my friend had the fish and chips. The chef he even came out to ask us how are food was. Wow ! Thanks chef oh and the bar tender she was super nice. Great vibe!
