We had just returned to town and were so hungry. We ordered our usual favorites, the Italian sandwich, southwest eggrolls, and the Italian chopped salad, my favorite. Courtney, our server/bartender, was the best! Sadly, when our food was delivered by the cook in the back, I had to ask what it was. There was a bowl in front of me with chopped meat, no lettuce, nothing else that resembled a salad. Courtney discussed it with the cook and the cook developed an attitude in front of us, then told Courtney she wasn't remaking it, and to make it herself if she wanted it, and left for the back. Courtney apologized and was clearly embarrassed, trying to make an uncomfortable, bad situation better. She offered to get us something else, but I didn't want to put any more on her so just ate the eggrolls. That cook needs to find employment elsewhere. She had a serious attitude problem. This is one of our go to, favorite places to eat. We'll definitely be back, as Courtney, Tina and others are excellent, but management needs to relieve the cook of her duties or they may lose customers.

I've tried to give this place a few chances. I don't know if the blonde plastic lady is the manager or if she's just a bartender but she is probably one of the rudest people I've ever met. My drink was empty for most of the time that I was sitting there while she was flirting with some older woman at the other end of the bar the whole time. Considering it was only the older woman and myself present, you'd think I could get at least one refill on my drink in 45 minutes.
This place also seems to never have a cook when I come in. It's just a bad experience and clearly they're just leeching money off of the wannabe high rollers in the area. It's quite clear that's the only people that get treated with any kind of friendly attitudes. It's no wonder it's always dead in there.
A little bit of advice, don't judge a book by its cover.

Incredible service and friendly staff! Always a great time. The Lemon Pepper wings are absolutely amazing as well as the burgers!!! There’s always a great selection of top shelf liquors that aren’t available at most PTs. I enjoy the small town bar feel when I go in there, after a couple of visits they knew my drink order and even ordered extra Macallan for me. Happy hour is amazing! A $30 shot at the casino is under $7 at PTs Gold during happy hour! You have a customer for life!!!

I was there yesterday night to grab some food to-go. Bar tender was a blonde woman. She didn’t give the best service, kinda looked at me like I was stupid or something (I live in a million dollar+ house nearby, dummy). I ordered the spicy burger and chicken fingers, and Irish car bombs while waiting. The car bombs weren’t made correctly, and the food seemed a little overcooked but was decent. Maybe it was just a bad night for them. Wasn’t busy at all.

Best PTs I've been to. Matt made us feel like regulars the first time we were there. Courtney is super nice and the crowd is great. Food is great too! Glad to find a regular neighborhood hang out!
General manger called me a drunk as she continued to serve me. Also re uses the glasses you drank from (health code violation) highly recommend staying away from this location. (She is also a home wrecker on multiple occasions so leave yah man at home)

Nice place to go for a brew and a game of billiardsThe pool tables are secluded from the rest of the bar which gives a nice sense of intimacy/privacy you don't typically findThe bartenders were all pleasant, the food was good and made quickly, and the atmosphere was laid back without the air of neglect 5/5
