Went for happy hour 12-2am the engery seemed friendly at first. I got a pool table, I usually go to spring mountain location they usually check on you if you want more drinks didn’t get anything like that/seemed once we were there we were invisible. i went to bar to get my id/ check out and the bartender was playing darts for 10 minutes clearly talking to pals/ playing with them then once realized I was standing there he came over with a attitude to check out. Very disappointed

The place is a basic gambling establishment, cold no fun , not your fun bar that you can find happy folk. Everyone is just sitting around waiting for…… I’m not sure. The bartender doesn’t acknowledge one’s entrance even though you must ring to get in even during the day! No music no talking no laughing. Just money give us money for everything . Gotta give up ID to play pool and pay for use of the balls with time limits. Too sterile and not at all fun.

We watched the Lions vs San Francisco game here and had a blast ! The staff was friendly and interacted with the patrons during the game... service was excellent, asked promptly when drinks were empty if we were ready for another...all the patrons were friendly! Prices for drinks was amazing, especially after paying bar prices on the strip! They offer Happy Hour ?? I'll definitely go back when visiting my family here ? the burger, pizza and wings we got to go was all good ? the burger was so big ya barely got your mouth over it to bite!

Great staff! Really took care of me because if a mix-up with the kitchen printer- even after I said the small wait was no big deal as I had a great convo with a staffer and was reading anyway! Best cheeseburgers around!

Place is horrible as I sit here waiting on a beer I see everyone else asking for beers as well as the bartender sits in the corner talking and talking. No not Kelly the blonde it’s the brunette girl. Worse worse pts I’ve been to. And I know a lot of managers that work pts across Las Vegas. Why do I still come I always think well maybe she’s having a bad day. No this place is a dump! Clean up your bar or else I’ll continue to complain!

Usually love this place but more and more starting to see how people are being treated. Bartender kelly is horrible, as i watched how she talks to people then says well if u nice people in the wrong place . Then spent over 230 cash playing there and give me a bill for drinks, but then leave another Wonderful tender to give the bill and when asked she refused to come discus bill and then lies after asking her to give change on 2 separate occasions for 100 bucks each and says she never did. She has horrible customer service and treats people with no respect. I would rate this place a 0 but the regulars and other bartenders are a good cheers vibe. Someone needs to get rid of her. She just stays on one end talking to her friends when they come in. And doesnt serve anyone. 5 people walked out because of her within an hr
