Just went into PT's The service was terrible. Two male bartenders. All they did was talk to each other. Spent a grip of money. Got one drink. Never was offered or asked if I wanted anything else to drink or eat. Been there before. Have better perfect service with the lady bartender. How do you do tick tock She's great. So if she's in there I advise you to stay. If any of the two male bartenders was there. I advise you to leave walk out right away. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. They shouldn't be bartenders in the bar. The worst I have ever seen

This was my first time walking into a PTs ever. I just walked in after work and the service was non-existant. Horrible experience, will not be back.
So bad need to share. I was basically completely ignored and cold shoulder by the staff.
I was greeted at the door but the bartender never turned around to ask me for anything. I waited 20 min then asked for service. “Yes you can have some service” she said without even turning around.
An honest 5 min oasss before I said “do I really have to ask you again” which she ignored and never turned around.
I don’t even think she noticed that I walked out the building.
Was looking for a regulars place and this won’t be it.

I always have a good time at this PT's location. Rian is a great bartender and makes sure everyone is taken care of with fast, efficient service and good drinks. I usually always get food as I watch sports there and the kitchen doesn't miss a beat. The bowl of chili, bbq chicken fingers and fries are my go to. Hot, fresh and good flavor. Clean establishment too. Cool place to hang out.

One of the older PTs in the corporate chain of bars, but has always offered a fun atmosphere. Bartenders are friendly and can enjoy a drunk humor from the patrons..lol. Machines are a mix of the older game kings and the newer wide screen Buffalos. This is not a TITO bar so when switching machines, you have to wait for your pay out from the bartender. sometimes that can take a moment on busier nights. The sound system is excellent on the TouchTunes device so playing your selections is actually worth paying for. Many other PT locations the volume is low on TouchTunes and sounds like its playing out of a blown-out old Ford Escort rear speaker. I have never eaten here, so I have no valuable input on the food. But the cook seems very genuine, interacts with the patrons making sure satisfaction is met. Its a long drive for me any more to visit, but I still make the trip out on occasions.
