Annoying, miserable bartender, went in at about 12:45 pm, Sat. 03/30, to kill 5 mins in the rain. Find a machine to play, and when she asks if i need a drink, i look around, thinking out loud, " lets see, what do you have on draft," as i walk over to the handles, obviously, to see what they got. Immediately, she sounds annoyed and says, "well we got this many different kinds, you're gonna have to be more specific" while smirking to the other clients like it was a dumb question, and as im walking over, she's still going on with her other clients complaining, "like he could've ask for what ipa's, or this and that.." Mind you, i never actually asked her to tell me what she has, just checking out what they have before i sit down. She makes some more comments laughing with her othe clients as i order the modelo. This whole time, i dont say anything about the situation as she seems to be sensitive and easily bothered. I play my game as i drink my beer l, and on my side, i just here her complaining the whole time to her other clients, on and on just being miserable and venting to her client friends.. I thought tmit was the other way around, clients venting to bartenders, but the the bartender just venting and complaining the whole time was very annoying. Anyways, im usually a big tipper, wouldve gave her atleast 10 for the pint of beer, but i stiffed her. I felt bad at first, but she deserved it, and I got over it quick. Maybe she shouldn't work here, doesn't seem like she fits the environment. I definitely wont be back, which is a bummer cus i'm by here a lot, was looking to be a regular but NOPE!

PT’s are always a cool little joint to go enjoy some drinks and fun times. Went to this location and was really enjoying just having a drink and enjoying the slots.

Went in with my girlfriends for a couple drinks and food for my birthday. The bartender was definitely not PTs standard very unfriendly not personable. I spend over a hundred dollars and left feeling unwelcome. Drinks and food were forgotten. I have been to many PT locations and this is not one I would suggest.

We came here and teied to have lunch the door eas locked an they wouldntnooen the front door for us they must not want customers

Didn't try any food. The service was good. The bartender was very nice and accommodating at such an ungodly hour (10am). I was upset because of being misled when I called to check to see if they had a specific nfl preseason game on and they didn't, but they made up for it with discount brews and they had my Angry Orchard.

Picture it , a 40 something year old African American couple walk up to the bar the black haired bartender in a ponytail tells them you can't sit here can't sit there well aware they see a beer by one empty machine but the other two machines sit empty . They proceed to a table by the bar only to sit there and not be waited on or acknowledged . Very poor service at this place don't go here . In the end the couple just walk out . Do better people !
