Service is never very good, regardless of who is bartending or the night/day I go. I'd say I've been to this place 6 times in the last 12 mos and have seen 2-3 different bartenders (9pm-12am range, typically). I always feel like I'm walking on egg shells around them when asking or ordering anything. The service, consistently, has been mediocre at best, generously speaking. Food, on the other hand, is actually pretty good!! (That's why they got two stars instead of 1)

Terrible customer service. Worst among other locations. Ordered some foods, after over an hour when asked about the status of the order, replied: " the order didn't go through". Wasn't busy at all.

We went there after midnight on Friday. Bartender was freaking rude. He seat down and sip his own drink, not paid attention for customer at all. Also he should correct his wording for his customer.Food runner or whoever works at kitchen, that person more attentive. GM should notice and care about this.

I'm biased as an employee, although PTs is the spot, as your local gaming bar. There are pool tables as well, and anything on the pub menu is delicious, especially when you're drunk.
