Idk her name, dirty blonde white woman bartender. Me and my lady were looking to get a drink at happy hour and she looked at us stupid before asking “what are yall ordering?” Proceeds to take our drink order asks if we’re sitting at bar or table because if it’s a table then to ask the server (really? Why didn’t you ask us for our seating option first.) So we proceed to find two chairs together at the bar, once we do 10 minutes go by and she doesn’t approach us. Yeah no thanks! Wasted our time we just went to Sagos up the street. 3rd bad experience here no more chance for this unfriendly location.
EDIT: Just saw the reply to my review, no this is the correct PTS in spring mountain, next to Silverlake ramen. That’s what the bartender told me. Go ask them not me. Or hire more competent or friendly people that actually want to take our business.

As I was visiting Las Vegas, I heard about the chain of PT's. I visited a few of them.. it's a great atmosphere, with good people, good food, and reasonably priced drinks. I learned a lot while I was there from the local folks. I would definitely recommend this.

Stopped here for a drink before a show. Prices are very reasonable, drinks were good, bartender was nice, and a short drive from the strip. We paid as much for 2 drinks here as we did for one drink closer to the strip.

DYLAN is the WORST bartender at this bar. she is rude, disrespectful and inattentive. she never checks on my table, never asks if i need anything, and is always talking to her friends she calls on her phone to the bar. she asked me to bring my own cups to the bar (that’s her job) and she lets my cocktail sit at the bar for 15 minutes without letting me know it’s there. she is extremely disengaged with her customers. 0/10.

This is a great spot with a lot of potential, and adding a bit more excitement could make it even more appealing to new guests. The late evening atmosphere is fantastic, especially with Dylan’s excellent service. While there can occasionally be an unpleasant odor, the overall vibe is lively and fun. The machines can be challenging, but the wins are definitely rewarding when they come!

There is no kitchen here. Very unfortunate that there is no food. My friends and I left because there was no food and the bar didn't have any partnership with a restaurant to get us food.

Came in and was greeted by Joe. I always appreciate good service when I encounter it. He greeted me as soon as I walked in and was very kind throughout my visit. 5/5 ??
I was in there to watch The knights play And to my surprise they weren't playing it On any of the monitors.... after I asked the bartender if she could put the game on She refused to play the audio on, Super lame I thought this was a local spot?
