This is a sports bar in the Tuscany Hotel and Casino, we ate here a couple of times during our stay there. The restaurant is a typical sports bar atmosphere with a bar and tables for patrons. The staff was friendly and professional. Our first visit the waitress was not as attentive as you’d expect but the second experience more than made up for it. This is really good. Was staying at Tuscany and went to Pub late at 11:30. Kitchen was still open and Randall at the bar was so attentive and excellent service. Food was great, drink was fantastic. I went again the second night and Jose was the bartender. Excellent service again, friendly and attentive. I had crispy fish tacos and trust me they were the best tacos I ever had. Had 2 drinks. Staff is very polite and attentive. Everything was great esp. shout-out to Randall and Jose.
I usually love Pub 365 and always recommend it to friends, but tonight was disappointing. Our server was rude and seemed in a bad mood. I just asked for a dessert for my friend’s birthday, and she immediately said it wasn’t “on the house.” I wasn’t asking for anything free — just wanted to order dessert. Really ruined the vibe. Plus she added gratuity on the bill without lettin us know. But thats not the point i always like to take care of the people that take cares...
