Although it’s a 24 hour Japanese bakery, items do sell out. So glad we went at 6pm instead of 5am to get the hot baked goods. I wanted to get more items but we didn’t have a fridge at the hotel to keep it fresh.
We got the baked beef curry bun,
Jumbo cream puff, dashimaki egg sandwich, matcha red bean loaf, egg sandwich w jidori egg and salty garlic butter bread.
We already had dinner or else we would get a plate of the rice dish. I saw the mochi cookie and wanted to try but said next time because the young man already rang us up.
The owner must have heard my expression because he stopped us on the way out and handed me the mochi cookie to try at no charge.
Everything tasted delicious. The best beef curry bun. We preferred the dashimaki over the jidori egg sandwich. The breading were so soft and flavorful.
There’s a table to heat up your items with microwave as oven.
This will be on our list as a must stop every time we’re in Vegas.
Everything is so unfresh… I miss Japan
DIVINE JAPANESE BAKERY!!
I think we stumbled in here since it was the closest to the airport and boy were we blown away by how genuine the owner and employees were to us. Giving us wait times on when a product would be done baking and what is the most popular option.
We bought a little bit of everything strawberry shortcake, egg salad sando, chocolate and custard filled pastry, shrimp, wagyu and spicy tuna onigiri. Everything was perfectly crafted and delicious plus it’s open 24/7 so you can come at 4am and get a steamed bun.
I would take a 5hr flight just to come back here never had such freshly wrapped onigiri before and the bread was so light, fluffy and airy while not lacking in texture or flavor. 100/10 from me!
Been meaning to stop in for years so finally did today and I’m beating myself up for waiting so long! It’s such a cute little bakery with a great and welcoming atmosphere. Even though it was busy, we were immediately helped by Lupe who was incredibly kind and knowledgeable! Please give them a raise! The customer service is top notch.
Everything in here is delicious. Worthy every penny, I recommend it😋👍
great fruit Sandos and plum paste onigiri
Visiting Pullman Bread for the first time was a truly heartwarming experience. The cozy ambiance made me feel instantly at home. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, creating a space that felt warm and genuine. A heartfelt thank you to Ms. M for her thoughtful service. She patiently guided me through the options they had.
Place was really cool, my girl and I decided to try a loaf of Japanese milk bread, strawberry shortcake sponge cake , fried shrimp, and a garlic croissant. The fried shrimp was really big and meaty, enjoyed the katsu sauce with it. The bread was super soft and delicious we made it with Philly cheese steaks, excited to try more tomorrow with some French toast. All said and done cool experience, will def go back to try more treats.
Pullman Bread Bakery Southwest has really delicious bread and baked goods. The Pullman bread is always fresh and soft, and everything I’ve tried has been great. I have noticed the customer service could use some improvement, as the employees might need a bit more training. Still, the tasty treats keep me coming back!
Honey toast is the best 👍👍👍❤️❤️

Only giving 3 stars because of the prices. It's ridiculously expensive. They are all delicious though. 🐢
Great quality. Happy with all that I ordered.
Service was 100%. Even though I didn’t have my Nevada ID on me, the worker still gave me the locals discount and that really made me happy. Everything we bought here was fresh and really good. The tuna Mayo onigiri is my favorite. Prices were a little bit high if you get lots of stuff but if you’re local make sure to ask for your discount. The place was clean and staff was super nice. We went late at night after a show and they were still stocked nicely.
I had seen Pullman Bread on Instagram and decided to pay a visit. Delicious pastries and friendly staff! Hoping they open a store in Summerlin so more people can enjoy this deliciousness. Crab croquettes weren't overly crabby, onigiri was delicious and filling, and katsu was delicious as well!
Absolutely delicious 🤤
