Confusing with 3 registers and a sign that says the line starts at the door but either way, the food is SO fresh. We stopped in after 10pm and the place had a steady line of customers. We got 5 things for $26 total. Everything was phenomenal. Try the apple bun, it's HEAVEN. $9 for a short load of bread and they cut it for us. We will be back!

Dietary restrictions: No options for other comments - Being 24 hours, we were there at 7pm, drove all the way from Southwest and nothing to purchase except onigiri, white bread, and a couple of not so delectable breads.

Delicious sandwiches and reasonably priced onigiri! They pack a A LOT of your preference of filling into their onigiri compared to other offerings where you’re paying ~$4 for 90% rice.

My sister and I live about 12 minutes away from this bakery and have tried this bakery twice, and we enjoyed their onigiri and desserts. My younger sister liked it so much that she decided to turn in her resume and go in for an interview today. I waited in the car for about 20 minutes until she came back into my car.
She was in tears, telling me the things manager had said to her. He said, "You should watch interview videos because you didn't do well at all, it's so obvious you're nervous." he also told her, "It's people like you that make $12.00 an hour, there's a reason we pay $15 an hour here." I think the manager needs to learn how to talk to people without being degrading. If this is how he talks to strangers, I can't even imagine how he treats his employees inside the store.
I understand having expectations for your employees, but that's not right to say to someone. You definitely could have just told her "Thanks for coming in, but I do not think you suit the requirements of this role." Verbally bullying someone like that because they are shy and because you think so highly of paying your employees $15 an hour is crazy. You'll never find us supporting this business again.
Update: The individual who interviewed her was the business owner. Unfortunately, I had not gotten his name.

The food here was pretty good! I enjoyed the rice balls the most and the pastries were pretty alright ? my girlfriend absolutely loved the curry buns and I thought they were good to!
The staff were very attentive and helped however they could.
It's a nice little place where you can get some authentic Japanese quick snacks. I'll probably come back some day!

I have tried twice to try this place out. It’s called Pullman BREAD. I went to try the bread. Went first time late at night and was told they are out. Why are you open 24/7 if you don’t have product. Then just went again and there was prob 20 loaves of bread sitting there and was told they don’t have any. All of that was for back of house. Terrible. Why call your self Pullman bread and not have any bread?!? Call your selves Pullman we are out of everything come again some other time hahahah. TERRIBLE

Bring this business to Fl! First stop after the flight tonight, I was determined to go this week. The staff was very informative and friendly. The atmosphere was very clean and I love the aesthetic. Best part is you’re open 24hrs, from a fellow third shifter thank you !
Before my trip is over I’ll be going back!

Fantastic rice balls here! So quick and open 24 hours.
I checked out this place for the wagyu nigiri and other wagyu options. The chicken katsu sando was bomb, and the staff was really nice.
Keep in mind they are currently running a discount after 9pm.
Parking: Pretty standard parking out front. They have somewhere north of 50+ parking spaces shared between the other businesses in the upscale strip mall, a short walk to the establishment.

Small bakery with a large selection of delicious specialty foods. The place was busy but service is prompt. Get there early if you want something specific because some of the more popular items will sell fast.

Got the strawberry shortcake, wagyu onigiris, beef croquettes, garlic bread, and shrimp onigiri and everything was AMAZING!! The wagyu is super soft and sweet! Wish they had the strawberry sandwiches when we went in, but the strawberry shortcake was still an absolutely amazing replacement. Spent $30 and it was worth every penny!
