Got the ensaymada w cheese and the ube brioche donut. Sooo fresh and the employee was very kind. Prices are great and the restaurant itself was very clean. Best food spot so far on my Las Vegas vacay!

This is an incredible bakery - some of the best donuts I’ve had. I’m a huge fan of the cronuts, but the filled brioche donuts were just as good. The textures of all the items were just perfect. They also have some really unique flavors like strawberry tiramisu, mango cheesecake, and ube.

This bakery is amazing! The service is great, very welcoming. The donuts and pastries are out of this world. The ube flavored anything here is so so good. All their donuts are filled to the max, no shortage or skimping out on the filling. Donut dough has a nice pleasant chew and taste.

I would highly recommend people to check this bakery out if you are in the mood for dessert that is not overly sweet. This is by far way better than Saint Honore donuts that’s crazy over hyped and over priced for nice looking donuts but don’t taste that good.

Seriously so good!!! The yema salted caramel brioche donut with the honeycomb piece on top was the best donut I’ve ever had in my life. I came here on vacation but I literally might move here so I could have this place all the time

Was eating at the famous Thai restaurant in the same shopping center and wanted dessert after. Stumbled into this little gem. Just from the name, i already knew this was going to be an UBE bakery.
We were the only ones there. One lady working. Greeted us. And asked if it was our first time. We replied with a very enthusiastic YES! Being in sales, I felt that she missed an opportunity to upset us on everything by not offering samples.
I ordered an ube donut. The lady said it was covered with polvoron crumbs. This donut was perfect! Not too sweet. I couldve eaten 2 in one sitting and I don't eat donuts unless they're fresh from the fryer!
Also ordered the ube cinnamon roll. I thought that it was dry and didn't finish it and threw it away. Also ordered another but i don't remember what it was but the person I gave it to, ate it all up.
Would I come back? Definitely! I need to try their other offerings. Maybe they'll have little samples nextntime

I'm not a fan of donuts that sit in the display for hours. I usually prefer mine right off the fryer.
I nJOYed the donuts here bc they tasted fresh and not overly sweet. I would've bought more had there been samples. I ordered the ube donut with the polvoron dust and another that was flaky on the outside and ube on the inside. Would definitely come back to try more items.
