Called in my order. was told 10 or 15 minutes to pick it up. waited another 45 minutes after I got there and food was cold. Guy was rude. Not worth the $50 for 3 meals. And…. Got home and container not closed. So spilled

This guy is very rude and wants to argue about what protein I requested, he gave chicken, but I asked for Shrimp and he charged me the shrimp price and when I showed proof he still raised his voice and started yelling at me. The lady was nice tried to resolve and make me a new plate the right way, and he talked trash in his language the whole time and even didn’t want her to remake my food. By the way he forgot my cucumber salad and egg rolls that came with the Bento box. I’m done with this company on the account of him. I paid for my stuff and he arguing with me. How RUDE!?

To be real short the food here is good. I'm not gonna go on about pallet or presentation but as a guy who wants a decent lunch, I found this place to be pretty good. Their house fried rice is great especially spicy, the curry was decent but I've had better. All in all if you looking for a good meal, this place won't disappoint.

I have been there a couple of times. Food is decent, but you definitely have to add soy sauce. This last time the milk used for the Thai tea had gone sour, it was gross. Unfortunately, won’t be eating here again.

A very disappointing experience. We got two Pad Thai boxes, one with chicken and one with beef. The spring rolls were decent. The Pad Thai had absolutely no seasoning, no spices, and no flavor. I guess they equate "heat" with flavor but they are not the same thing. The fried banana thing for dessert was absolutely tasteless.Prices were moderate. We won't be going back here again.

Food is different every time, some times seasoned well sometimes not at all. The service is not good and they seem to not care about customer service at all. If you order delivery, almost always items will be missing,, this is even when ordering directly through their site. Refunds for missing items are never made. This place doesn’t seem to have management.

First time ordering here. I loved it! The pineapple friend rice with chicken was really good. It comes with a small cucumber carrot salad and two spring rolls and a sweet dessert roll for $11.99. I got pretty full with this meal so I was very pleased. Thanks!

The old woman who works on Saturday at 1 is indeed hard of hearing, extremely deaf. While I was waiting more than 5-10 minutes at the check in,I tried to ask her to take my order but she was just looking at her phone. If she can’t take my order why don’t she just answer me and ask me to wait for someone take my order??? She keep looking at her phone again and again and ignore me while I tried to say excuse me and hello to her a lot. That’s so disrespectful. I still give 2 stars for a young man take my order after a long wait.

First time and will never return. The meal I ordered was not very flavorful. The tofu tasted old and reheated. The woman cooking ( or should I say reheating) my meal acted as if she was very annoyed she had to get up to heat up the food. The kid running the counter seemed nice but confused. I was confused as to why no one wore gloves. But that’s a story for another day. I don’t like writing poor reviews, but this one needs to be said. Maybe I caught the weird staff in a weird day. But it was awful! I barely tasted my food. I had to throw it away. Money wasted.

Is this place EVER going to reopen??? It's listed as "temporarily closed"...but, this 'temporary' thing appears to have been at least a few months, and I'm REALLY beginning to wonder just how 'temporary' the closure is. When it finally reopens, I'll adjust my rating & review...that is, IF it ever reopens.

Love their red curry, panang curry, and tom yum soup!!! So yummy!

Customer service is horrible from the start. Either staff was having a bad day or is just not friendly. First experiences is what make a business and my first experience was not great. Do some training on costumer service. At least have a good attitude and a greeting would be nice. Not coming back. We’ll see about the food. 2021 good award. We’ll see about that!
