You can take the duce (BUS) runs 24hrs up and down the Strip for $8. CASH ONLY. Great food. Location right off of Fremont. Not to pricey. Locally owed,I believe. Fresh food. Lots of options. Clean and friendly staff.
They have a great menu for gluten free and the food is reasonably priced.
The execution needs improvement. They were out of pancakes and sausage, at breakfast? Weird. Took forever, the hash browns were cold, and it wasn't busy at all. It was clean and staff were courteous. I think they can do better. Grateful to find a decent gluten free menu though

I found this restaurant while staying in Downtown Vegas. I tried it one day and went back the next because it was so good. The food was fresh. I recommend the Huevos Rancheros. The staff was very polite. This place will become a regular breakfast spot every Vegas trip.
