Love the food and I always use Rachels's for catering business lunches, but me and my coworkers will no longer be using them. I ordered 2 Large salads that cost me $120 + TIP. Everything was ready on time, but when I checked my order before leaving I noticed there were no utensils. When I asked for some she wanted to charge me an extra $20 for plastic forks and salad spoons to serve the salad. $120 = two salads plastic forks not included. I had to stop at the dollar store and by them on my way to the lunch. So good job at losing business over a pack of dollar store forks! A couple dollars cost you $120. Not a smart business.

I've lived in the Centennial area for nearly 10 years and i eat at least once a month at Rachel's. Amazing food and service. Prices are a bit more than other food spots in the area, but it's definitely worth it, as it's NOT fast food, but it's super hight quality and value. I'd eat every meal there if time and money allowed. Literally, one of my top 3 spots here in Vegas.

Nice little place to dine for a quick bite. Chicken Cesar was tasty. Chicken salad was good wheat bread was very dry. Sweet potato fries were delicious but regular fries were undercooked and not tasty.

We tried to dine in but the workers refused to turn on the AC. It’s 114 degrees outside!!!
This establishment should be closed by the public health department for putting people in danger of heat related illness.

I had the chicken curry wrap and a side of fruit. The wrap was absolutely phenomenal, and the fruit was so fresh! Great customer service!

I visited Rachel’s kitchen with my friend a few days ago. I had the chicken Caesar wrap, and found it to be delicious! I especially liked that the chicken was grilled, moist, and very nicely seasoned. The service was great, and it was an overall wonderful visit!

Casual Atmosphere, reminds me more of a cafeteria than restaurant, fast service. Food? of the two locations I have visited I must say I have never been impressed. My first visit I had a sandwich, I waited years for my second visit, in which I had an unenjoyable grilled vegetable chicken salad. There will not be a third visit.

Kid-friendliness: I have not bought kids but sense it like cafeteria style I would say yes

Wheelchair accessibility: Summerlin location has wide open floor plan
