This is one of my favorite spots to go to because of the food. The service quality lately here hasn’t been that great these past year and a half. There was one occasion where I was told to make my own iced coffee (which is typically prepared) and there’s a lack of people/social skills from the guy that takes my order. I admit, I was there during a lunch rush, but I had to clear my own table, the floors were really dirty, AC wasnt working (but there was a swamp cooler running), and the queue line and food wait was longer than hoped.

I've lived in the Centennial area for nearly 10 years and i eat at least once a month at Rachel's. Amazing food and service. Prices are a bit more than other food spots in the area, but it's definitely worth it, as it's NOT fast food, but it's super hight quality and value. I'd eat every meal there if time and money allowed. Literally, one of my top 3 spots here in Vegas.
