They should probably remove old reviews for this place, because every time I have been here it is fantastic! It's my go to when I visit our corporate office next door. Great food and smoothies.

Order at register, then sit in one of the few uncomfortable chairs at the handful of tables.
Staff was surly, at best. watched one male staff member spill sugar all over the drink dispenser counter whipe making himself a cup of coffee, then just left it like that and went on break.
Ordered. breakfast burrito without avocado, when we got food 10 minutes later, it was ice cold. Like, literally felt refrigerated on one side. Asked them to throw it in the microwave for 30 seconds, was told they'd make a new one. I said please just heat this one up, we're in a bit of a time crunch. Nope, 10 minutes later they bring a new one, filled with (you guessed it) Avocado. Since we couldn't afford another 10 minute wait, I just scraped it out of the burrito and ate it. Tasteless, bland, and missing the chorizo that was supposed to be in there. The fruit side was 2 grapes and some underripe melon cubes. Gross and sour tasting.
With their bland decor, horrible food and lackluster service, I would recommend taking a pass on this poorly executed cookie cutter franchise concept. You'd get a better breakfast at McDonalds for half the cost.

The food and service were great. I gave it one star for atmosphere because their TV was tuned to Fox "news". Right wing propaganda isn't good for an enjoyable experience.

You order at the register and then sit down to be delivered food if you're dining in. Fountain drinks are self serve. No waiter services, but tip is still asked for when paying. High prices for basic food. Nothing special. Kids meal chicken tenders were over cooked and my kids wouldn't eat them. Not much dressing in my Caesar wrap, little flavor. It won't be on my list of places to go to again.
