Slow service for usual lunch hour rush was surprised I was the only one at the register but took so long to order even with 4 employees around they all seemed busy doing nothing but the worst part is the salad that had dirt in it yuck 🤮 I’m sure the veggies were not washed I hate that! I couldn’t eat it spit out my lunch and threw away $17 never going back and now I see why it was so empty in there during lunch.

We’ve noticed this restaurant many times but never tried it until today with takeout orders! My husband had a very good Tomato Soup along with the Grilled Chicken & Veggie Salad; he was happy with both. I chose the Signature Salad with Grilled Chicken. It was so good, with plenty of lovely fresh salad greens, chicken & balsamic basil dressing. Loved every bite! Next time I’ll ask for extra goat cheese, it was the only thing lacking in this yummy salad. I do recommend it. We look forward to next time!

I wish I could say that things have gotten better at your Trailwood location since the last review that I wrote. But the fact that Springly was vaping at the registers as I came in is evidence that your company clearly has no regard for the health or safety of your patrons.
And when I had to return to the restaurant to pick up the items that Springly neglected to include in my order, she was facetiming at the registers. I fail to believe that this is the quality of service that your company chooses to provide.
If I could clone Tiana, I would. She is the only saving grace. She is exceedingly polite and efficient. And she goes above and beyond to fix the mistakes that the rest of your staff continues to repeat.
I just tried the limited-time Strawberry Poppy Seed Salad. Please keep it on the menu. It's one of the best salads I have ever had!

The food was good, I had the Alfredo, and my wife had the tuna sandwich with gluten-free bread. The Alfredo was great, I enjoyed it. My wife said the tune was okay and was a bit plain. Our issue was that the place has a run-down feel. We ate outside, and their is pigeon poop on everything. One pigeon was stuck and crying, and feathers were going all over our food area. Can't say I'll be at this location again.

Unfortunately even though I like the food they serve, I will no longer be giving them my business. The last several times I have gone in there, the front counter staff have been openly eating food behind the counter, wiping their mouth, as they bag my meal up. They also wipe their nose, scratch their head..again as they are touching peoples food. It’s gross and lacks basic food prep hygiene and common sense. They don’t try to hide the fact they are eating food either, which tells me they haven’t been told not to do that or haven’t been trained on simple food prep rules. You have a great business here, please don’t let the current staff ruin it.
