I usually love Rachelʻs Kitchen. But today the food was hardly edible. I ordered the 440 chicken samdwich. The chicken was so thin and overcooked (crispy black) that I had to throw it out when I got home. There was more roasted pepper on the samdwich than chicken. The guy at the counter never said one word to me. He could have at least smiled. The green juice that I ordered was ok. Not at all like the green juice I have had at other locatiions. I am disappointed that I wasted $23 and worst of all I drove iut of my way to di it.

The staff is so poorly trained, I’m currently sitting in the dining room watching them like chickens with their heads cut off…. As I’m typing this they brought us the wrong drinks lol
The guy at the register didn’t ring up our food only our drinks, there is 6-8 meals visible in the window that haven’t been served, the manager lady is sending out food wrong over and over and laughing about it, 2 Uber Eats/doordash drivers continually asking when the food is ready (one was supposed to be delivered by 12:30 and it’s 20 min late, it’s a grilled chicken Caesar they’re loudly arguing over where it is now)
I’ve gotten Uber eats from here in the past and the food was solid but this is beyond acceptable, you need to fire this manager and retrain all the staff immediately

We have been dining at this Rachael's since it opened. We have been so happy with the variety of good clean food. Everything we tried has been delicious. We have seen lots of staff come and go but they were always friendly and served us well. We recently went into the restaurant and was greeted by the new Manager Nickki and she is so terrific, outgoing, very welcoming has a positive outlook. It's a pleasure coming into the restaurant. The counter staff are great also. We were their last night, and Albert was terrific and took our order. The chef always prepares everything perfectly. The presentation of the food is great. My brother who comes from back east loves to dine there. He loves the food also. We are really grateful for you all.

Slow service for usual lunch hour rush was surprised I was the only one at the register but took so long to order even with 4 employees around they all seemed busy doing nothing but the worst part is the salad that had dirt in it yuck 🤮 I’m sure the veggies were not washed I hate that! I couldn’t eat it spit out my lunch and threw away $17 never going back and now I see why it was so empty in there during lunch.

Ordering ahead is easiest unless you're eating inside. They have one of the most comprehensive AI over the phone ordering experiences I've had. My food is always hot and fresh. The chicken pesto pasta is my family's favorite.
We’ve noticed this restaurant many times but never tried it until today with takeout orders! My husband had a very good Tomato Soup along with the Grilled Chicken & Veggie Salad; he was happy with both. I chose the Signature Salad with Grilled Chicken. It was so good, with plenty of lovely fresh salad greens, chicken & balsamic basil dressing. Loved every bite! Next time I’ll ask for extra goat cheese, it was the only thing lacking in this yummy salad. I do recommend it. We look forward to next time!

We’ve noticed this restaurant many times but never tried it until today with takeout orders!
