I have given this place so many chances, as a huge lover of Rachel's Kitchen. My go to order is a chicken Caesar salad wrap, and sweet potato tots. The wrap is always dismal. With about 50% of the lettuce as normal RK, and so small I can wrap my hand around it (I have tiny hands lol) And the hours are awful! What business closes at 5PM? Very disappointed overall, always.

Excellent food and great customer service. Can’t get enough of the menu. I’ve been on a healthy diet and this is one of the only places I can eat at where I’m satisfied and eat well at the same time

I had such a great experience at Rachel’s Kitchen! The restaurant was very clean and welcoming, and the service was excellent. My food came out quickly, and everything was fresh and delicious. What really stood out was the personal touch—the owner came by my table, introduced herself, and made me feel so welcome. It’s not often you find that kind of genuine hospitality these days. Overall, a wonderful place to enjoy a meal. I’ll definitely be back!

Rachel’s Kitchen – Disappointed at This Location
I’ve always loved Rachel’s Kitchen for its fresh menu and consistent quality, but this particular location let me down. The food was fine, but the customer service was seriously lacking. No greeting, no thank you—just a cold transaction. It’s a shame, because the brand usually delivers a warm and welcoming experience. Hoping this spot steps up its hospitality game.

Came in for lunch. It’s fresh food, lovely staff greeting me as soon as I walked into the restaurant. I had their mediterranean grain bowl. I would recommend to anyone watching their calories. I will be back.

This place is alright but they only have the jucies and smoothies. I asked for avocado toast, don't have it. Turkey Club, don't have it. Arugula pear salad, don't have it. The staff was friendly and patient with me but I will rather go to the other location and get my usual.

Always great, fresh tasting food. I first tried this place through catering at my job & was blown away by the salads. Came back to try the sandwiches and was pleasantly surprised again. Highly recommend!

The best place to grab a tasty, healthy meal, snack or even a sweet treat! Food comes out quickly, staff is kind and their restrooms were clean. Their outdoor seating is a huge plus! My favorite place to stop when I need quick lunch between meetings

Was starving at work and ordered a -customize-your-own salad for lunch today that cost me over $23 and was delivered with NO dressing - I even added AND paid for extra dressing. Contacted GrubHub, driver said he is not permitted to open the bag, all he did was grab it from the restaurant. So Rachel's Kitchen clearly doesn't care about actually feeding people since I'm unable to enjoy DRY LETTUCE. I guess I just get to keep starving. Thanks.

It was like getting a side salad for $11 with hardly any spinach in it. Very high prices for so little food.

The food taste was fine, and the soup was average. Chicken Salad was good. The bread on 2 of our sandwiches was stale, meaning hard to the touch (regular sandwich bread). I asked for a softer bread, and they made me a new one (same bread), which I appreciated. It was softer for about 5 minutes and started to become hard again (it was terrible, just ate the chicken salad off the bread). They store the bread in the cooler, nuked it to soften. We'll when you do that, once the bread cools, it starts to harden again. Not fresh bread, IMO. The person who took our order seemed to have an attitude. The place was not welcoming. She acted as if we were an inconvenience. She even argued with me about the feel of the bread. Regardless of where you store it, it was hard! Good bread makes for a good sandwich...
