Our first time here and will not be our last. We ordered salt and pepper pork chops and the salted fish and tofu casserole and both of the dishes were really good. The pork was crispy without being greasy. The salted fish casserole was very flavorful without the msg taste. The serving was generous and price was reasonable. We had some leftover to take home. When looking for an authentic Dim Sum experience that is not in Chinatown, Rainbow Kitchen is where we prefer to go! They have the classic dishes like har gow and the food comes out quickly. The regular dishes are good here too. One of my favorites is the century egg and pork porridge.
I ordered the roasted duck and salt n pepper shrimp. The duck was pretty good tasting, savory the way roasted duck should be. The shrimp were jumbo size and a good amount for the order.
