Restaurant is a bit dated, but service is fabulous. Our waitress was super friendly with the kids and made the experience great. For Vegas, food was comparable to generic casino restaurant pricing. Recommend if you come with kids and have never been!

This was a fun outing experience for the family. As anything on the strip prices were high, but the food was good, server kept our beverages filled (BIG Win for me), and the ambience was fun. The noise level was high due to the rainforest vibe and sounds. Overall, we all (5) enjoyed our meal and the time as a family here!

The food is ok. But the environment and blooms animals. The animals and thunder every so often. My kids loved it. Definitely recommend for experience with kids. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Service was top notch

We've been to a lot of Rainforest Cafes, and this one was our favorite! The service was awesome! Our server, Christie, was incredible! The food was awesome! We got in and seated quickly. All the staff were very friendly.

You come here for the ambiance, and animatronic animals nestled in the rainforest. I'm not sure if there's an accessible entrance to the restaurant, but there's a set of stairs up to the restaurant, just FYI. Overall, it's really a joyful setting. The staff are friendly and inviting. Frankly, the food is below average (and I pretty much eat everything.) The best things were the appetizers. Would recommend the bruschetta. Child enjoyed her meal from the kid's menu.

Nice atmosphere for all ages but geared more towards children than adults. The food, however, had something for all ages and was very flavorful. The adult drinks are good and lots of specialty drinks for those under 21.

We were celebrating a 5th Promotion and had a nice center table, however it was also extremely dark, darker than other spots around the restaurant. Food options are majority spicy such as Cajun for adult menu. Prices too high For quality of food. Service was good but waiters seem stretched Thin so it takes a while to Catch them when they come around. Novel place But not one we need to revisit often. Worst part of it was finding parking. The immediate underground parking felt sketchy and dangerous to walk through with my kids and too expensive for leaving my car at risk for theft.

We placed our order (Cobb Salad and a Chicken Sandwich) and waited over an hour with no food. Meanwhile, other patrons were entering and seated next to us and received their food quite quickly. We asked our waiter twice about the food, he said it would be right out. 30 minutes later still no food. We requested the bill for our drinks and continued to wait another 15 minutes! Overall horrible experience with no customer service.

I want to take the time to thank Brian, our server, for a great time. We are locals and never really ever go to the strip and he took the time to take care of us and ensure my daughter had a great time at the Rain Forest Cafe!

Food was OK. service- our waiter only touched the table one time after she took the order and it was when we were pretty much done eating , got a to go order that they messed up, but I called and the manager on duty resolved it . Disappointed bc we bring the kids here every time we come
