It's a Raising Cane's, and it's clean and has fine service. There are some seats where the designer put ceiling fans below the lights and it gives a weird strobe effect, but other than that it's perfect fast food.

We all got food poisoning- 4 people is NOT a coincidence! Train you staff to cook thoroughly and check temps. Filing complaint with health dept.

Visited Cane's for the first time and was embarrassed in front of everyone by an employee who came towards my family's table after he saw me throwing away leftover sauces after we were done eating and said next time don't order sauces so we don't have to waste them! First of all who are your employees to tell a customer what to do with their food that they paid for?! what if people tasted the sauce and didn't like them? What do your employees want us to do? return the leftover so you guys can put it back in the container? 🙄This guy came all the way from the cash register to our table to tell us that. Please train your employees better...

the chicken was cooked to perfection! this location is actually HUGE! decorated so beautifully for halloween and I couldn’t believe there was an actual dj at this raising canes! they set the bar pretty high i’m excited to see what they do for christmas

Place, food, amazing. Staff tho needs work on, got there waiting for my online order to be given to me, sat for 20 mins, went to drive thru for pick up and food had been sitting there cold for a while. Girl at the window gave me attitude saying that they would give me the food on the drive thru this time.

Canes! They're about as good as it gets for fast food. The location is very coinvent right across the street from the airport, but there's really not any airport traffic. If you have any interest in aviation, you can get a good view of landing planes from the drive thru.

The male manager on duty tonight at the University Oaks location in Round Rock TX was a wonderful representation of how a manager should run their store. I placed a mobile order on the app and added the breast cancer awareness bear. When I got there, he informed me that the bear has been sold out for a while now and he would let IT know since it was still being offered on the app. He tried to refund the money for the bear, but he said the system wouldn’t let him process it, so he refunded my entire order and gave me 3 Halloween cups for the inconvenience. That truly made my night and a wonderful start to the week. Thank you! 😊
