Chicken was dry and fries were burned crispy wasted my money not just one of my meals was like this but 2 so disappointed when I got home to enjoy my food

I dont leave a lot of faith in Canes as it is very hit or miss. This time I went with family and I received cold fries that appear to be just barely fried enough. They were not even warm. I discovered this at home otherwise id just get it remade. But this seems to happen often as I always end up with cold fries. It is unpleasant and absolutely annoying knowing how much is paid for the food .

Went to eat with coworkers and some student workers from Southern Utah University for dinner and had some of the best service ever received. The staff working on 09/12/25 were so kind and attentive to us! Thank you for providing us with amazing food and amazing service!
