We've ended up here twice on our trip and would be happy to go again. The upstairs room is a great little spot to take a break from the strip where you can see the views still and employees work very hard to keep it clean and offer help when you need it. My daughter bought a sweatshirt that we knew would be too small the second she took it out of the package and Eddie (a manager?) was SO NICE by letting us exchange it even though he's not supposed to (hope i don't get you in trouble!) The food was exactly what we expect from Cane's and employees are so friendly the second you walk in the door. Thank you for all you do!

These chicken fingers were disappearing and gross. They had excessive oil and the tasted like old oil, including the fries. I ended up throwing everything. You couldn't eat them. Oil was dripping out from the chicken. I tried squeezing excess oil with a napkin and one napkin was not enough. Stay away from this place. The staff at the window was nice but food is horrible.

Yes, I just did a Survey. I would like to give more details around the great Management of the location i always visit. It's the one on W Trop in Las Vegas.

First off Sweeny the Head Manager is doing an excellent JOB at this Location. Everyone are always on point. I just recently met Dwyte the new Manager? He was very nice to me last evening.

So Canes is doing an EXCELLENT JOB in the Restaurant Industry in that i do watch Shark Tank and saw the Founder on as one of the Sharks. Keep up the great work and i will continue to be a satisfied Customer. #NatashaTheWellDoneFryCustomer :)

The customer service was great but the food was soggy the fries had a nasty after tasted and the sauce was the consistency of a melted milk shake , first time at canes and will be the last

I like it

First bad experience with Canes. Nothing about these chicken fingers were enjoyable. There was zero crisp and it was super soggy. It tasted like they microwaved the frozen fingers. No flavor either. Must be an off day because I've always liked Canes! Cashier energy was great though hence the 2 stars.
