We've ended up here twice on our trip and would be happy to go again. The upstairs room is a great little spot to take a break from the strip where you can see the views still and employees work very hard to keep it clean and offer help when you need it. Yes, I just did a Survey. I would like to give more details around the great Management of the location i always visit. It's the one on W Trop in Las Vegas.

First off Sweeny the Head Manager is doing an excellent JOB at this Location. Everyone are always on point. I just recently met Dwyte the new Manager? He was very nice to me last evening.

The food was warm. The line was long (for obvious reasons) but unlike the other Canes locations I’ve been to, the food was always hot and fresh. For this location to be in a hot spot in Vegas they really need to step it up in terms of food quality AND customer service.
