Cane’s chicken fingers are absolutely delicious! I have a gluten intolerance—not a full allergy, but enough to make eating out tricky—and for many years I avoided most of the foods I used to love. Recently, I decided to give Cane’s another try, and much to my surprise, I didn’t experience any kind of reaction. That alone felt like a huge win, and now I’m happily back to enjoying Cane’s again. I’ve always loved their food, especially the fries and the coleslaw. Yum! Everything tastes fresh, comforting, and consistently satisfying.
The chicken tenders are always cooked perfectly. They have that ideal crunch on the outside while the inside stays hot, moist, and full of flavor. It’s the kind of simple, dependable quality that keeps me coming back. The staff at every Cane’s location I’ve visited has been friendly, patient, and welcoming, which adds to the overall positive experience. The prices are also fair, making it easy to enjoy a great meal without overspending.
One thing I really appreciate is how clean and organized each restaurant always is. It shows they care not just about the food but about the environment they serve it in.

Normally you can’t go wrong here, but unfortunately, I found out that wasn’t true. My french fries were not cooked all the way, I was missing a piece of bread, and I ordered the Caniac Combo and I got 5 1/2 pieces of chicken. To top it off, they didn’t give me napkins. At almost $20 a plate. I expect more from you guys!
The customer service was very unfriendly too.

Because I’m a glutton for punishment, I decided against my better judgement to head to the drive through and order 3 caniac combos with 3 extra toast and 3 extra sauce.
They didn’t ring it up correctly, didn’t read the order back to me, and didn’t give me any of the extras I ordered.
A year later and y’all still can’t get it right. Pathetic
Came through the drive through and ordered 3 caniac combos and 3x extra toast and sauce. Got to the window where the teenage girl read back my order, took my card and gave me THREE drinks.
She gives me my card back and shoves a bag in my face with 2 boxes. I tell her that’s not all my food. She looks at me annoyed and says “ it isn’t?”
“ uh, I ordered 3 plus extras”
“Are you sure?!”
“Lady, you JUST read my entire order to me”
She then gets even more irritated when another worker hands her the remainder of my order and she slams it at me out the window.
Never said sorry, never said have a nice day, never said anything.
While leaving we see not one but TWO cars that were ahead of us in the drive through going back inside because their orders were not right.
If you can’t manage a simple job of checking the bags before you shove it out a window maybe this isn’t the job for you.

It was our first time and was really amazed how they served the food. I am very picky about how they served and cooked the meal. The chicken was really good , the fries were super good and you can tell the freshness of the fries and chicken!
The place is clean and organized.
Just a small concern for the Lemonade (tasteless) and the coleslaw (it’s not fresh). I love coleslaw so i know.
But all in all, it was good and we will come back!!!
Just please serve a fresh coleslaw next time! 😉😉❤️❤️❤️
