Ryan was absolutely incredible and was great with us and our kids. Super nice and polite and the manager was very nice. Great customer service and he was awesome with the idea of bobbed bread. Definitely a great worker.
im very upset with my visit to canes today…My usual order i ask for no coleslaw but today in my many years and trips to canes this was one of the first times i didnt get what i ordered and im very disappointed because ive always had high expectations.

Canes used to be good. But after covid, their chicken is much smaller and thinner.Yet the price went really up. Doesn't taste the same. I used to be a big fan.
Love the whole concept of chicken fingers, crinkle cut fries, and texas toast grilled to perfection. Another great feature is the souvenir cups for VGK at this location. Wonderful food and cane sauce are the best with chicken fingers, fries, and toast.

I was only given 1 sauce for a 4pce tender combo. The tenders were very skimpy and my fries were not salted. Other than that, the food was ok.

Clean bright spot. While the fingers were good, be prepared to have a stoke from the unreasonably salted fries. Counter service was quick and good, delivered to table. Clean bathrooms. Difficult to unpark during peak hours due to drive thru line blocking cars in.

It pains me to say this, but last night, I had the most terrible experience at this Canes. I have specifically been coming to this one for about a decade, and I have never had a bad experience. With Houston's opening up recently, I try to make time to come by here as often as I can when I'm in the mood for chicken, and give them some business.I passed by at 11pm, after work, and all I ordered was a Kid's meal. I got back, ate my food, and went to bed. I was abruptly awakened at 5am by a terrible pain. Almost like I wanted to throw up, but for the longest time I couldn't. I spent two hours in the bathroom until my stomach finally gave in, and my entire dinner came out. None of it had moved an inch. It felt like I had been socked in the stomach, and remnants of the pain persist even now. I couldn't go back to sleep for hours.The chicken wasn't raw. I didn't notice any pink. It was either a little undercooked, or there was cross contamination at some point. I can say for sure it tasted like Canes. Maybe I should've been more attentive, maybe there was some sort of tell, but it was late, and I trusted the restaurant not to poison me.I hate to do this, but I only put this warning out not just for folks wanting to pass by late, but I'm also hoping management sees this and makes sure their night shift is following proper food handling procedure. I had the most terrible night, and I would never wish it upon anyone. Personally, this completely killed me off Canes. I'm not looking for some followup on my end, I only hope you guys take my experience to heart and do better for your future customers.

Anytime and always is time for some Canes chicken!But next time I order a grilled cheese sandwich can u make sure the cheese is melted onto the ? bread.

The chicken tenders, texas toast and sauce are the saving grace. No other Chicken establishment can compare. Recommend getting the Texas Toast and putting the chicken fingers on them with a dab of sauce.
