Still the same old Canes. Best sustenance at a reasonable price.

With a name like "Raising Cane's", I expected more from the chicken. It was plain bland chicken fingers. The whole menu is just various combinations of plain chicken fingers, crinkle cut fries, cole slaw, texas toast and drinks. They only have one sauce. I thought it was some sort of dressed-up ranch. It wasn't bad food, just incredibly ordinary fast food.

Chicken seems to be more grisley/fatty this past year, and the fries always seem soggy from being in a foam container with other hot food. Also, I would not put (should be cold) coleslaw in a container with hot foods; packaging needs to be smarter, but the sauce is still worth the trip .

Worst manager ever! I called to complain about not getting condiments, after clearly asking the lady at the window. All I got was an argument from the manager that proceeded to call me sarcastic and hung up on me. Now that is service! Great job Raising Canes. Give that gentleman a raise! That is why I don’t eat out of often . Service has gone out the window.

Yorr chicken is always good. But the service I had to night wasn't. Place and paid for my order with guy taking order , got to the window there was about 5 people in that little space and the and a lot of confusion. The right hand didn't know what left was doing

Chicken tenders were juicy and properly cooked, but incredibly bland. Batter has almost no flavor. Lemonade seemed watered down. Needs more choices for sauces, the Cane's sauce was bland and not really suited to the chicken IMO. Fries were mushy and bland. Texas toast had barely any butter or garlic on it.

Ordered 2 lunches after waiting in a long line! Got to the window and was handed a large and regular soda! Ordered 2 large! Then waited for a while for when the order presented delivered food to all 5 cars behind me? Huh? Why? And they forgot the ketchup???
Lots of publicity of the owner on Shark Tank! Shameless selfs promotion to the highest level! I guess it is all about the ego at that place!

$5 for three wings but they won't give you any sauce, such a cheap pathetic place. Drive through employees rush you, they don't give a shit about you.5-14-22 12:41 pm.

Already familiar with Raising Cane's. Chicken strips are always very good, much better than other places. Dipping sauce is also really good. They could stand to improve their fries and Texas toast. The fries always seem to be a bit soggy and bland, and the toast could be a bit crispier. Service was excellent as the drive-thru girl was cheerful and nice.
