first time at this canes, food was amazing, super fresh and piping hot. jana was spectacular, she was so kind and helpful. customer service was top tier. keep it up jana :)

Came into this cane location Friday at 9:30AM to get some fresh chicken and the Hispanic dude with glasses (Could be the manager) was sick and coughing all over the place. Homie coughed all over my drink cups and then a day later I ended up sick as a dog. If you care about your health and can get sick easily don't eat at this location. Ill probably never eat at this one again.

In the PARKINGLOT. First time in a Canes. 80s posters on the wall and the place is full. Ordered The Box and 3 finger meal. The box comes with one more chicken piece and a side of Cole slaw. The chicken is juicy and has a nice crispy batter. Fries are thin and good. Tried the sweet tea. A nice option over soda. Staff are nice and keep the place clean. I say check it out.

Every time I try curb side pickup or in person pickup nothing is as it should be, no one comes out, food is not ready, they never get the drinks correct, sometimes you have to fill your own drinks bc they don’t have it ready, what’s the whole point of ordering ahead. If people don’t pick up their orders in time and their drinks get flat or ice melts, not my problem. I expect my order to be 100% done when I pick it up. Food is good. The clerks don’t even help just look at you like they won and you’re wrong for expecting your order ahead order to be done, or something, not the service I was expecting. Also make sure you have a thousand hands to carry everything while they make you fill up your drinks. And don’t forget to grab your own straws, since it’s not my job I didn’t think of it after filling up my drinks, I expected the to be in the drink carrier and or bag.
