Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Double check orders I asked for extra toast and they gave me coleslaw insted of extra toast they were not even busy the food looks old already evertthkng was cold and I asked for hot sauce they gave me ketchup

05/21 11:35pm I spoke with Junior, I order a chicken sandwich combo and Junior stated that they had no lettuce so then I asked if they offered a discount for the inconvenience and Junior stated they do not. I think that very unprofessional. If you don’t have something like lettuce they should offer a discount or give an extra toast or a cane’s sauce just how when you want an extra cane’s sauce, they want to charge you extra. SMH! Very disappointing. Junior also gave me an attitude on the window and was very rude.

Food is great

Jesus Navarez work so hard today I saw him doing literally every job in the building and he’s very pleasant. God bless him I was just telling one of the only managers I really like in the name is Lisa. She was a freshman in German. I don’t even think she was a manager at that time but when I first started doing GrubHub, she was one of the first people I met at this place And she’s always very nice Helen and Kristina is very awesome. Have to give them a mention. Also Eduardo is Hella cool treat me very nice and mostly everybody here is nice but these people stand out thank you Adella for being so nice. God bless you Addy. Mostly everybody is very nice in here Maria was so very nice to me. God bless. I forgot to mention Esteban always very cool and of course, Malachi always greet me with a smile and helps me with my day and I do GrubHub and DoorDash because when people are mean it doesn’t help some of the managers here have been kind of rude to me. I won’t mention that name. I’ll take this to a negative contacts. I’m just gonna focus on the people who have been very nice to me here.
