I was missing toast in my meal and my sandwich had no lettuce it seemed smashed and with extra sauce I don’t know if to cover up that there was no lettuce. I called because I didn’t notice till I got home and they said I could get a refund if I came the next day and they apologized and told me they wrote my name in the book. I then went to the store and my name wasn’t in the book I don’t understand why they would have me waste my time and drive over there to get my money because they messed up my order and not give me anything but a number to call if there was no need for me to go to the store and I had to call a number I should t have been told to come back. The manager didn’t apologize and seemed to not really care about his attention to customers when I stopped by I usually have nothing to complain about canes but this was a terrible experience and seems like they don’t mind that my food wasn’t up to standards.

Tried Raising Cane’s after seeing all the hype on TikTok, but honestly, it didn’t live up to the expectations. The chicken was decent, but nothing special — kind of bland without the sauce. The fries and toast were just okay. It’s not bad, just average.

I repeated, at least 5x, that I wanted extra toast & sauce. The girl in the drive thru said 'yes I know' all mad. I did this because I can tell she wasn't paying attention or repeating my order. Lo and behold, there is no extra toast or sauce or even coleslaw. There weren't any napkins either. Horrible service.
