Positive attitudes starting with the manager. It was a pleasure to have been there when this young African American manager was there he put Customer Service First, and I was pleasantly impressed by his attitude & and smile, a very enjoyable visit.

Raising canes being in a main part of the Vegas strip is extremely convenient, cost effective, and delicious. All the staff were very nice and helpful? Second deck overlooks the strip pretty good. Second story view but still a lot different than the ground.

I've had canes in palm springs before and it didnt disappoint in vegas!
I love thin battered fried chicken, so canes is great for that.
The 3 chicken finger combo was $11 for lunch, good enough for a small guy like me 😁
The only negative is that its a small space and I couldnt sit upstairs. There are 6-8 seats on the main floor
They have shirts and hats for sale too

the fingers were great and the fries were fresh and crispy. the 13$ combo is of great value for money.
the staff keeps the area nice and clean, look for a place in the upper level where there's also a refill station.

Had dinner here on my first day in Vegas. It's a typical fast food joint. The chicken tenders are junky but indeed tender, and the sauce was very flavorful. Fries were crinkle cut and long. Overall, food wasn't really fantastic, but good for the price. Service was awesome though. One of the servers upstairs kept checking in on us to see if we needed anything.

Val Helped me with a stressful DoorDash situation midnight hungry little drunk I need some canes and guess who came to the rescue my homegirl Val whatever you paying Val go ahead and pay her double she specifically helped me it was either late Thursday night or an early friday morning. I don’t even remember that night all I remember is that’s great customer service that’s how good she is and if you don’t give a raise, I’ll call corporate. Thank you.
And thank you, Val

Anytime I get mobile curbside pickup they take ages to bring out the order… there has been times that I have sat in the parking lot for 10-15 minutes after clicking ā€œI’m hereā€ and placing my order way beforehand. I end up having to get down and pick up my order inside. This morning was slow and there was no excuse as to why my order wasn’t brought out to me, when I went inside my order was sitting on the shelf!! What is the point of curbside if they don’t bring out the food efficiently?!

Honestly this was the second time I had it and it was fantastic for $15 You're basically getting two meals I couldn't even finish all the food and I also watch the documentary on YouTube about the owner of the company he is a fan of Bob Marley
