Food is good, service is disappointing. All the staff members use earbuds, except the ones at the cashier register. So when you ask for help, you're completely ignored and end up embarrassed trying to call someone's attention. Customer service should not be allowed to use earbuds.

Service was fast. I didn’t go during the rush time. The chicken and fries were nice and hot when I got them. And everyone was friendly!

First time finally trying Raising Canes. I was super hyped. I ordered like a menu that had Chicken with the typicam bread, fries and the Sauce‼️. To be honest it was quite ok, it felt kinda salty somehow, i think there was something wrong with my order because i got food poisoning after that. That’s why 3 stars.

We stopped in as we were coming through Vegas and it was very quick service and the food was fresh. The team were friendly and the price was reasonable. I’ve had canes at other locations and it was subpar but this one was really good kudos to the team

Pretty solid chicken joint, the tenders were fresh and moist, seasoning was good. Lots of clean seating inside, and good service to boot.

Superbly overhyped. I went in expecting to be blown away but the chicken was lacking seasoning and the sauce was bang average. Greasy and heavy as well. Would give it another chance for redemption!

the cashier asked me if i wanted extra sauce and i said no. after i paid i asked if i can get light ice on my soda. she misunderstood what i said and thought i asked for extra sauce. she continued to talk to her coworker in front of me about how she hates when customers ask for stuff after they pay because it’s clearly extra $$. she spoke all this nonsense in-front of me and made me feel uncomfortable and all i asked for was light ice. no one wants to hear negativity from customers service workers. do better !!! teach these team members to be polite and not speak negative about customers in their faces.

Wasn’t anything that it’s hyped to be chicken was fine chips were not and sauce is average! Place was nice and clean and staff were nice! I’d ate this being absolutely starving so the score could of been lower!
