Theres something about ramen after a hangover, but lets focus on the ingredients. Im not sure what they did to the egg, but theres a sweetness to it that makes it one of a kind in the ramen dishes. Its so good yet hard to explain.
To add, a single bowl is actually good for 2 people. Pricing can be steep if you decide to add extra toppings as they range feom $2-$3 per topping, as they are heaping scoops add to your bowl.
I also ordered the fried chicken skin which was a good snack to start off the meal, but I added it to my ramen also.
I ended my meal with the sweet potato brulee with vanilla ice and it opened up my stomach to want to eat even more. I highly recommend the dessert! I ate everything including the potato skin as it was sweet and crunchy and paired very well with the ice cream! 10/10

Food was mid the karaage was served greasy and tasted like it was chinese as if the oil hasnt been replaced for a month.
The signature ramen broth was good but nothing else in the bowl went with it kinda like it was thrown together without thought. The price didnt justify the food either. Went here but I dont get the hype?

It was very delicious. We got the starter karaage, it was very juicy and crunchy. I got the Classic Tonkotsu and my wife got the RB Signature. Both were very good as well.

Great authentic ramen. Broth is flavorful and creamy. Chashu is thick and tender. One of the best ramen spots in Vegas!

Short of staff, ignore waiting customers even tho there are plenty vacant seats.
Awesome experience! Ramen Boys' Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen easily captures the authentic Japanese pork based soup ramen. The broth has that right texture of thickness; the noodles are soft but firm; the chasu belly fat melts in your mouth; and the onion toppings is substantial.
Service is fast and efficient while being caring and thoughtful.
If there is a drawback in dining in this establishment is that there is a waiting line due to its small space. Despite of that, the cozy and minimalist ambiance is more than sufficient to cover that waiting time. Bear in mind that the waiting line is just an indication how good is the food therein.

Amazing vegetarian ramen near the Strip!
Ramen Boys is a must-visit if you’re in Las Vegas, especially for vegetarians. This was easily one of the most delicious ramen and fried rice meals I’ve ever had and both were made completely vegetarian (no egg, no meat).
The staff customized the fried rice for us, and it had an incredible smoky flavor that really stood out. We asked for both dishes to be made spicy, and the spice level was absolutely perfect flavorful without being overwhelming.
Everything tasted fresh, comforting, and full of flavor. This place truly made our Christmas Eve night special. Highly recommend Ramen Boys to anyone looking for amazing vegetarian ramen and fried rice near the Strip! 🍜✨

OUR FIRST BUT NOT OUR LAST VISIT TO SAMURAI! Our waiter "Utah" was so attentive, the service was outstanding and the food that they and we prepared for our meal was amazing. :). We will be back and will spread the word!
So good

The food was really tasty, but I’m not sure if the price was fair for ramen. The bill was over $70, including tip, and that was just for two rameens and an appetizer. I think ramen is a good value, but I don’t think it was worth the price for this meal.
