Ramen Hashi serves an excellent bowl of ramen, standing out for its high-quality ingredients and well-balanced flavors. The menu is limited, which might disappoint those looking for variety, but what they offer, they do exceptionally well.
The location is convenient—centrally located and not in a high-traffic area—but parking can be an issue. When I arrived at 6:00 PM on a Wednesday, the lot was already full. Inside, the setup features a long bar with plenty of seating, but only a handful of tables, including just one that accommodates a party of four.
The atmosphere was just so-so. It’s functional and clean, but it lacks the warmth or charm that might make it a more inviting spot for social gatherings. Combined with the limited seating options, it’s not an ideal venue for meeting friends, as I did during my visit.
Pricing is reasonable, starting around $12 for a bowl of ramen, which is standard for today’s dining scene. The service was fine—efficient but nothing particularly memorable.
In summary, Ramen Hashi is a great choice for a quick solo lunch or a low-key dining experience, thanks to its fantastic ramen. However, the atmosphere and seating limitations make it less appealing for group outings. I’ll definitely return for the food but with more realistic expectations about the overall experience.

One of the best ramen spots I’ve tried here in Vegas.
I had the Shio Original Ramen with extra noodles, and it did not disappoint. The broth was incredible! It was light yet flavorful. The pork was tender and the tamago was cooked perfectly. Adding the extra noodles was definitely a great move, as the regular portion wasn’t quite enough for me. One of my friends ordered the Chashu Don, and it was delicious! I’m definitely thinking of ordering that next time.
I was really surprised and a bit disappointed to see that they don’t offer any appetizers. I’m used to having one with my ramen. Even just a couple of options would have been great.
The space is small, with a few tables, but there’s also a bar area facing the kitchen, where you can watch them prepare the food. The vibe was mellow and pleasant. Prices were fair, the place was clean, and customer service was decent.
Amazing food at a great price with fantastic service. 15/10

Food is so flavorful and filling at a good price! You choose what you want on the paper menu. I ordered the Tori Paitan and it was very filling.
Service was okay but you don’t come here for the service, you come here for the food!
Ambiance - the place is small but accommodating. Very casual ambiance for a quick meal.

Every time you come to Las Vegas, this restaurant must be on your trip. It's a shop that makes shio ramen that is round and round, fragrant, and soft and chewy noodles. Pork simmered in the fire, has a faint burning aroma. Halfway through eating, you're bored. Add chilli and pepper. Anyone passing by, I recommend shio ramen that you've never seen before.

Been coming to hashi since around the time it opened. Literally nothing beats hashi for me. I've tried other ramen places but I always will pick hashi. The food is amazing and comforting and it comes out fast. This place deserves more hype

The ramen was good. However, i wish they dont skimp out on the Pork Chasu (2 pieces given). If you were to compare other places or even in Japan.. it's atleast 3-4 pieces.
Place is clean.

First, personally I love huge white and glass bowls because the texture of Japanese foods' always blends well with them.
Second, I went ahead and ordered Chef's Recommendation Shio Ramen with Black Garlic Oil and it was... *Chef's kiss*.
At last, the portion dish was excellent to fill up my grumpy and starving tummy and finish it off the remaining with vinegar and black pepper!
Thank you until next time! ?

I’m very upset I drove 30 minutes, and I specifically told the person taking my order NO ONIONS I’m severely allergic. I get all the way home open up my food and it’s full of onions. I even tipped him. I could die what is the point of stressing no onions if you’re going to put them on my food? Waste of money as I can’t eat this. In the trash!!! He said, “The broth and noodles is separate what a disrespectful comment. Who wants to just eat noodles and broth when I pd for chicken, corn and bamboo? He also said I’ll give you a credit my fault. There were 6 ppl in the restaurant so it wasn’t like it was super crowded and he was stressed and forgot. It’s literally 10 feet from the register to the kitchen. I’m not coming back here for you to try to kill me again?? Super disappointing experience.

I’ve been to Ramen Hashi multiple times now and always enjoy their food! The tan tan men is my favorite. Just the right spice level for me! The service is quick and great, perfect for a quick lunch or when you’re in a hurry! Or maybe even an evening ramen craving, haha. Highly recommend!
