Absolutely FANTASTIC! I got the chef’s recommendation, Shio Ramen, with extra protein and it was the best ramen I have ever had. Not only was the food incredible, we got the food in less than 10 minutes and the service was incredible. Would absolutely recommend!

I was disappointed with my experience at Ramen Hashi. Despite having a very small group, we were automatically charged a group gratuity, which was never clearly explained beforehand. Charging a “group tip” regardless of actual group size feels misleading and unfair.
Service itself was subpar. Staff were inattentive, and the overall experience didn’t justify a forced gratuity. Tips are meant to reflect service quality, and automatically adding one—especially when the service is lacking—leaves a bad impression.
Transparency and customer experience matter. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet expectations, and I would hesitate to return or recommend this restaurant unless their gratuity policy and service improve. Store owner also pitched a fit when we asked to split the check.

Went hungry and left super mad. There were 6 of us however we seated separately so technically we are not a party of 6. We sat three people at each table. Our bill never came but our other table got three bills separately. Turns out, the server said he can only do three separate bills even though we were technically together. We got charged with one bill. Each of the separate bill was charged a service charge of 18% and when questioned the server who has a limp said because there were 6 of us. Charging us almost $3 service charge each x 4 and almost $4 for the other 2 people. We argued about the service charge and we said we were technically not a party of 6 but the server insisted but we still refuse to pay the service charge. The server ended up taking the service charge for the one bill and rudely left us after charging my card for three people without telling me. I do not recommend this place at all. Definitely WONT BE BACK!!!!

We came in as a group of 6 and were told we could only be seated in groups of 3, so we were split into separate tables. Our orders were taken at different times, we were served separately, and we did not dine together.
Despite this, when we went to pay, the host immediately added a mandatory service charge, claiming we were a group of 6. We explained that this made no sense since we were seated separately, ordered separately, and were paying separately. Instead of resolving the issue, the host walked away mid-conversation to help someone else, leaving us standing there waiting.
Eventually, he angrily said he would remove the service charge — but then charged one person for the entire check without telling us. Now one person ended up paying for everyone, which was never agreed to.
On top of that, the service was slow and the ramen broth was extremely salty. Between the forced service charge, poor handling of a simple billing issue, and mediocre food, this place was not worth the stress or the money.
Avoid unless you’re okay with being forced into a tipping situation and dealing with disorganized, dismissive service.

Broth: worst part of the ramen. It’s one of those thick consistency not from extended simmering, but appears to be from starch based enhancement, maybe cornstarch or flour. Doesn’t have the authentic ramen broth consistency. Taste is fine, but wrong consistency is always a turn off.
Noodle: perfectly cooked, thin noodles.
Protein: smaller portion size chashu pork, but great texture and rendered fat, very flavorful with hint of smokiness and char. They torch it before serving.
Better than average but broth was a turnoff.
