Been here a couple of times. Had the black garlic Ramen and the pork bao.
Service was good and the Ramen was tasty.
I’ve been pushed, couldn’t finish my food, at first bill comes with food together asking if I can pay ahead, I did and also put 20% tips for them, later someone came says we have to close the store at 3 you have 10 minutes, feels like you paid us money already we don’t care you finished or not. Regret comes to this store. Food taste worst than before too.

I really don't know what happened to this place. This was our favorite ramen restaurant in town, but something went awry. I've never had such a disappointing ramen before. While the flavors used to be plentiful, the broth was nothing more than slightly warmed water. The poor chashu was souless and ice cold. I'm assuming they had meant for the broth to heat it, but room temperature liquid does nothing for it. The meat wasn't even seasoned. Such a shame for a restaurant that was so highly regarded in the past.

They are charging us, $1 dollar each for the Lime when we ask for ice water with lime.

Tried the tonkotsu ramen with hot level spice. Noodles were handmade at the shop and had a good consistency. Broth had a nice spice to it, but was otherwise thin and weak in flavor. Toppings were overall average. Bamboo was too tough. 7.5/10

Tonkotsu broth didn't have enough flavor. Noodles were a tad soft for my tastes but that's just me. The chashu was very tender as was the oxtail. The oxtail broth had a better flavor imo, and it comes with a spam musbubi. My parents said the miso broth was also only ok.
Prices are very good in this economy! Service was good as well.

One of my favorite ramen places. They greet you as soon as you walk in the door. They have seating almost every time I've came. Fast and pleasant service. On average I spend $30-50 for two people here depending how many appetizers I get. My go to is Tonkatsu no veggies level 1 spiciness. Very delicious rich broth. The chashu pork inside is always sooo soft which I love. I love this place so much I've probably been here over 10 times. Highly recommend!

We went here today and was expecting a great meal, Nothing accept a horrible experience.
We ordered the Chashu Buns it came out with brown old unpleasing looking lettuce "ewe''
we also ordered the Gyoza which was like not fried at all more steamed and was way undercooked.
We ordered 2 Tonkotsu Ramen and it was warm not even hot under lukewarm for ramen, this was the worst place i have ever eten ramen in las Vegas Mind you we had placed our order before the other table who sat after us and they got all there food be for us. What is wrong with this place? They just lost our business. Everything was horrible!!!

Food is consistent and the highlighted temporary ramens they offer are always good and should be added to their everyday menu.

First of all, I always like to mention that staff is great and super hospitable, very friendly and always looking to please. The ambiance hasn't changed and the atmosphere is always consistently warm and welcoming.
I realize I came in late at night but regardless the quality should always be the same. Consistency is key and I've followed and been loyal to these guys since they opened.
It breaks my heart to say that tonight the flavor was nothing more than spicy old bath water. It was neutral, and would have been inedible had I not asked for chili and sesame oil on the side. The chashu was a frozen slice of porchetta, requiring my own broth to cook this neglected slice of meat. There was no love from the chefs cuisine, you could taste it. It's a complete waste of their time if they cook this way, they're better off growing potatoes. I will likely find more flavor from the Subway next door and that is an absolute travesty.
Judging by the newer reviews, there may have been a change of management, but there has definitely been a disappointment in the flavor, quality and stance of the customers.
This place will have 2 months to hopefully fix their restaurant before I return, with great wishes that I can update and replace this regretful review.
Parking: There's a decent amount of parking but if it runs out in front you can always park behind the building too
Kid-friendliness: Very good friendly place, lots of space for families to sit together but may take a little while to get seated depending on how big your family is.
Wheelchair accessibility: All the chairs are pull out seating so it can accommodate for easy wheelchair access. Also there are ramps on some of the curb outside and no steps within the restaurant

Did this place change management? The spice and noodles are not what they used to be. Even the tap water taste horrible, so I'm hoping that isn't what's going into the broth. The spice used to have an amazing flavor along with the spice, now it only has heat with no flavor. It also looks completely different visually then it used to, since we always get it on the side.
As for the service, one waitress was very helpful and nice. The other waitress was very business, straightforward and kinda rude.
Sad to see how things have changed. This used to be literally our favorite ramen place in town.

This place is probably the best Ramen in the Southwest of Vegas. There are a few options up on Spring Mountain that I prefer, but if you don't want to drive that far or just want something quick for pickup, this is the place to go. Pricing is OK and the broth and noodles are both tasty.
Never had any issues with service dining in here either.
