Definitely one of the better tsukemen that I have had, spice level was perfect. She had the tonkatsu ramen, and that broth was great as well. Service was great, very personable and sweet. I definitely need to come back.

Earlier, I came by to do a pick up. I called to let them know I was there but I couldnāt find parking.
The girl who answered the phone has an attitude, telling me āShe canāt control the parking.ā That was not helpful at all.
Then she told me to park in front of the restaurant with my emergency blinkers on and quickly go inside.
I am not about to do that when itās night and there are people outside.
I donāt know why she couldnāt say, āIm sorry you cant find a parking space. Unfortunately I canāt really help.ā Itās like she has no experience in customer service.
After that interaction, I am definitely not coming back.

My hunt for a good spicy miso ramen led me here. Friday evening 7pm, no wait. The atmosphere is cozy and feels like a traditional Japanese noodle house. I got the spicy miso ramen and it hit the spot. Good kick of spice and bit on the salty side but delicious!

My favorite ramen shop in the Vegas metro area. Iāve been coming here for a few years now, and I base a lot of my expectations when it comes to ramen off of Ramen Tatsu. I'm from Arizona, so whenever I touch down in Vegas, I make it a point to come here. My go-to are the spicy miso ramen, takoyaki, and takowasa. The noodles are cooked just right, the broth looks and tastes delightful, and the overall atmosphere allows me to confidently recommend this place. Staff are kind, helpful, and provide excellent service. You will not be disappointed. 5/5.

So delicious! My so is a picky eater and I was surprised that he was devouring the chicken kaarage curry. The servers were so attentive as well. We will definitely be back!
Authentically delicious and flavorful! I love this humble little whole in the wall gem. The noodles and broth are just right. My favorite go to is the Tonkotsu Shoyu with thick noodles, add black garlic oil, add fresh garlic, and a soy sauce egg š¤š½šš¤¤ cozy heaven in your soul āØ

Ramen wasn't good. Shoyu had no flavor. Reminded me of dirty bathtub water. Service was really good.

I went to Ramen Tatsu for the first time recently, and I was really impressed. First off, I loved the interiorāsuper cozy and unique. The wall art featuring different restaurant-style figures gave the place a fun personality, and the tables felt like something you'd have at home, which made the whole experience feel warm and comfortableālike I was eating in someoneās dining room.
I ordered the Spicy Miso Ramen with extra toppings: spicy bean sprouts and a boiled egg. Honestly, I was surprised (in a good way) at how spicy it actually was! I love spicy food, but itās rare to find a Japanese spot that brings real heatāand this one did. The ramen came out hot (temperature-wise), and the broth was rich and flavorful. The bean sprouts were super crunchy and added a great texture. The egg was somewhere between soft-boiled and poachedānot runny, but still soft, and it just kind of melted into the soup. So good.
I also got the fried oysters as an appetizer, and they were deliciousācrispy on the outside, soft and tender inside, and served hot and fresh. You could tell they came straight from the kitchen to the table, which made them even better.
As for the service, it was okay. The server was kind and polite, but one thing that stood out (and not in the best way) was how often she came by to clear dishes. After we finished eating, she came by about four times in ten minutes trying to take our empty plates. It kind of interrupted our conversation and made us feel a bit rushedāeven though the place wasnāt busy at all (only two other tables were occupied). We were only sitting there for about 10 minutes after finishing, so I wish we had been given a bit more space to just relax.
Overall, though, I really enjoyed my experience. The food was great, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, and Iād definitely go backāespecially for that ramen and the oysters and canāt wait to try other dishes!

They have a sign out front that says āAuthentic Japanese Foodā ā and theyāre not playing around. 100% true! Walking in feels like stepping into a small, quaint ramen stall in Japan. The vibe is cozy and a bit darker, with warm, welcoming greetings from the servers.
While itās a ramen place at heart, they also serve tonkatsu and curry, so the menu is actually more varied than you'd expect.
Iāve been craving chicken broth lately, so I went with the chicken ramen ā and it really hit the spot. Great flavor, the soft-boiled egg was cooked perfectly with a slightly jelly-like center, and had a nice smoky, marinated taste. The chicken was tender, noodles cooked just right, and the creamy broth was an absolute flavor bomb ā rich and soothing.
We also tried the fried oysters as an appetizer ā cooked perfectly with a crispy exterior and juicy center.
Definitely planning to come back soon to try the tsukemen (dipping ramen) or the tonkotsu broth. Super happy to have found such an authentic Japanese ramen stall nearby!
