My hunt for a good spicy miso ramen led me here. Friday evening 7pm, no wait. The atmosphere is cozy and feels like a traditional Japanese noodle house. I got the spicy miso ramen and it hit the spot. Good kick of spice and bit on the salty side but delicious!
My favorite ramen shop in the Vegas metro area. I’ve been coming here for a few years now, and I base a lot of my expectations when it comes to ramen off of Ramen Tatsu. I'm from Arizona, so whenever I touch down in Vegas, I make it a point to come here. My go-to are the spicy miso ramen, takoyaki, and takowasa. Authentically delicious and flavorful! I love this humble little whole in the wall gem. The noodles and broth are just right. My favorite go to is the Tonkotsu Shoyu with thick noodles, add black garlic oil, add fresh garlic, and a soy sauce egg 🤌🏽😋🤤 cozy heaven in your soul ✨
