This restaurant is in the Rhodes Ranch property that we live in, it is excellent! If you ever get a chance please stop by you will enjoy the food, the service, and the atmosphere. We try to go there as often as we can.

This seemed like it would be a quaint little place. The food was delicious. It seemed like they were understaffed and two of the staff didn't seem to be chewing too much. The poor poor bartender was running around like a chicken with her head chopped off trying to do everything. We appreciate her a lot. This visit there also happened to be four children running around the restaurant and I do mean running around the restaurant playing games and yelling so it was quite loud. There's not too much to dampen the sound here. Overall. I will go back again and I'm just hoping the service experience is better.Kid-friendliness: It seems to be super kid friendly as there were tons of kids running around and when I say tens I mean four.

This is such a great little restaurant. We've gone multiple times and every single time the food has been stellar. I wish they advertised their specials as it is kind of a surprise every time.

I live inside Rhodes Ranch, and I must say the quality of this location has gone really downhill. I keep calling and calling. Nobody is answering the phone. I just want to get my children some chicken strips and fries for pick up.

I would like to express my disappointment with the recent experience I had at Rhodes Ranch. My sister and I were taking photos for her homecoming, and we inadvertently found ourselves on what we later learned was private property. My family lives in Rhodes Ranch and we had no idea that we were not allowed in that area. We were approached by a staff member, a red-headed lady who claimed her name as Kassi.Unfortunately, our interaction with Kassi was highly unpleasant. She approached us along with a separate group next to us in a disrespectful and aggressive manner, insisting that we leave immediately, even as we were already in the process of packing up.It is essential to note that we had no intention of interfering with the golfers or the golf course. We believed the area to be part of the amenities, as we reside in Rhodes Ranch. We were merely taking photos in a designated picture-taking area.As we complied with her instructions to leave, Kassi continued to shout and be disrespectful, leaving all of us bewildered and frustrated by her behavior. We requested to speak to a manager and obtain Kassi's name. She was initially resistant and claimed that her manager would have been even more aggressive, despite our cooperation.Kassi went so far as to refuse to acknowledge me and claimed she wouldn't speak to "children," even though I am an adult. This level of disrespect was entirely uncalled for.We observed Kassi interacting similarly with another group that arrived later. All parties, including bystanders and golfers, were shocked by her behavior and expressed their disbelief. After waiting outside, Kassi eventually provided a manager's card but refused to give me one, citing my young appearance. This refusal to provide information was unwarranted. What was even more distressing was when Kassi directed her aggression towards my 14-year-old sister stating she looked terrible in her dress in front of around 50 people. This left my sister in tears and deeply hurt. It's disheartening to think that such behavior is condoned at Rhodes Ranch. Our aim was never to cause any issues; all we expected was respectful communication. Kassi's actions on that night truly marred what should have been a special and memorable experience. I hope that Rhodes Ranch addresses this matter seriously and ensures that such behavior does not recur, as it reflects poorly on the reputation of the establishment. Again, leaving was never an issue, we understood it was private property. However her behavior was disgusting. I along with everyone in the parking lot that witnessed this will never go to the golf course again.

I love rhodes ranch golf course and the ranch house grille. It's definitely not perfect but for what it is I think it's amazing! There is some things I will address but I still gave them 5 stars because I don't think it's something they can easily change as a business and running a business is tough guys! The food itself has been GREAT every time we have eaten here. They actually shock me each time because the food comes out better looking than what I would imagine. The food quality and flavor profiles are really well done. Who ever put together the recipes and menu did a really good job. If you get tacos they are fresh corn tortillas which I very much appreciate. Any of the "fried" sides/food like onion rings, tots, etc are lightly battered and fried to PERFECTION. Not a single burnt piece and golden. For dining at a "grille" at a golf course this place exceeds my expectations and I absolutely love the view. Some of the negatives would be lack of workers. Service it self from the waitresses/waiters are GREAT - the problem lies in the fact that maybe they need to hire one or two more people. The waitress who is also the bartender was busting her ass (and doing a really good job btw!) handling every single table outside, inside, and the entire bar chairs were full. So yes - the service was a tad slow but thats not the waitresses fault. She was still super accommodating and nice. In this economy I also cant really blame the restaurant because on the weekday they don't know how busy they might be. So thats why I still gave them 5 stars :)

I ordered the sandbagger special safe to say it was super good! Although I am just a kid and my tastebuds change everyday I love the food! The service was amazing the server that I had was quite busy but that wasn't her fault as everyone is busy these days. Ambiance looks like a mashup of a sort of saloon and a fancy ihop without the booth seats. My food I just ordered the French Onion (That I have a picture of) Taste and looks amazing presentation really is on a half and half side. The mozzarella cheese is super stretchy and doesn't taste like one of those bio made ones soup was super good! I don't know if it just me or I do taste a hint of soy sauce on it. There is some ground meat too! And a bit of green onions sprinkled on top. Overall this place is super nice it has fancy food (thats a plus) and among other dishes from other sections of countries such as bento boxes etc. Will come back if I have the money to afford all this fancy and tasty food!

What's going on with the service at Rhodes Ranch?! The service in the grill is getting worse and worse and worse. I am a regular customer and I will tell you that everything is very bad. You wait a long time for an order, and if you sit at at table outside no one will notice you at all, as if you are not there))) Here is a photo of the women's toilet, sorry, but it shocked me.

Well where do I start. We love the atmosphere and the patio view is amazing however the service is really going down hill. We went to Ranch Grill last night to enjoy a meal on the patio and to watch some live music (amazing singer by the way) what I witnessed was unacceptable by all means. As a resident and someone who has been in customer service my whole life I can't believe what I witnessed. First of all not enough staff to accommodate a music venue they certainly should have had more people working the patio. And the waitress who was taking all the orders was overwhelmed. She was doing the best she could she had waiting on us before and is wonderful I felt bad for her because the waitress that was inside helping deliver orders but had no idea what she was doing. A table had some issues with there food being delivered to wrong tables and not even receiving there orders. The cook came out to see what was going on and I overheard him tell the waitress that was helping deliver the orders to bad I guess they won't get there food. Very Rude some sort of altercation occurred as the gentleman who was having major issues with his food order, was leaving the waitress who was helping deliver orders, got in his face and yelled. I'm glad you're leaving. He intern got in her face and told her how rude she was she continue to yell and scream at the gentleman. At this time some Men got up and started yelling and screaming at the gentleman as he was leaving. Staff from inside had to come out and grab the waitress to pull her inside to try and subdue the situation. Our waitress (Jasmine) was so apologetic and certainly not her fault. She was doing the best that she could do. I will say the waitress that was delivering orders truly was quite rude. I don't know who does the hiring, but I certainly would look at the situation under no circumstances should a waitress ever get into a patrons face. This all could've been avoided if she was a bit kinder and apologized for her behavior as she had no idea where the food was going in the first place, because there were no numbers on the table. I think a easy suggestion to have numbers on the table so when people do order you can say oh, this order goes to table 1 or table 2 very simple solution, this is not the first time we've had bad service the last time we ate on the patio we had bad service. Service very important in this town, and I would highly recommend the manager to certainly look into. His staffs behavior it was very unprofessional and embarrassing as a resident.
