terrible customer service. Rude worker. Not welcoming. She was in a rush and pretty much threw our donuts across the counter. She did not seem she want to be working there. Rainbow location, Las Vegas. I was there this morning with my wife I wanted to show off the place to her since it was her first time there and the worker ruined it. I have pictures of her the background when I took a picture of my wife . Worker has terrible customer service skills. I hope she get fired. No wonder there was nobody there.

This is one of the best donut shops in the Southwest--the donuts are fresh, they don't skimp on the glaze/icing/filling, and the staff are friendly and efficient. We especially love the Lemon Old Fashioned and anything Maple.
The Juice Alert !!!
To not have your dine in experience open to the public due to short staffing is wildly inconvenient.
