The workers were not friendly, acting as if we were a nuisance. They should remember that our money means they have a job. Enthusiasts were out the door; the owners should push for a guest service demeanor. St. Honore will have my business now, even if I have to drive a few more miles. The donuts were dry; judging by their color and taste, they seemed to have been made with old oil. Visiting from California, too. Never again. Locations- Rainbow Las Vegas

Never in my life have I found a hair in my donut. I guess hair nets are optional here. I won't be returning and will be sure to let everyone know. The hair was in the cinnamon roll. Was purchased today at 11am.

Lady was VERY rude this morning told her it was my 1st time there, she was rushing me to order nobody was their just me 5:30am 12-7-2025 No smile at the window she looked annoyed at me. I almost didn't get them because of her service, but my children and I love Randy's donuts so I got them. I'll be taking my business where I know I'm treated right!

The drive-through window agent was very rude active as if she couldn’t hear and everything. I said she repeated wrong very disrespectful. I drove up to the window and they act like no one was there. They never even came to the window. I’ll never go back to Randy’s donuts in Las Vegas. Something should stay in LA.

I visited today in the 10:00 am hour. I went because of the September 2025 Buy one get one free of up to 3 donuts. So I told the employee that and she said to show her the on line coupon at checkout. I tried to find the coupon but then started to feel anxious and awkward. I walked a good mile to buy these donuts because of the on line coupon. Does the on line Coupon Say to show at checkout?? Because if it did I probably would’ve done a screenshot. I have a neighbor who Has 3 little children and I was going to eat one and give away the rest. I’m just disappointed that this is the way I was treated when only trying to do right by everyone really. This lady let me leave with out purchase. So disappointed I am
