They ran out of donut by 1pm. Why they bother to remain open till 9 pm?! Poor planning and poor management. I felt sorry for the employees. They constantly have to apologize that we only have drinks to sell since we ran out of donuts. Not unique to one location. Who ever does the planning should be replaced with someone more competent

I ordered 2 of the plain cakes the other day, only to notice multiple hairs on one of the donuts. I will never eat here again. People who work with food really need to wear hair nets. Also, your coffee is horribly weak. My coworkers also say the coffee is bad here. How can you sell donuts & baked items & then offer weak lukewarm coffee?!? That wouldn't fly in the Pacific NW. You'd be out of business quick.
