I was so pissed because the donuts wasn't fresh at all . The middle part was hard. It was too early for the donuts not to be fresh. His customers service is zero star. Next time at least smile when you helping your customers.

The main thing I look for in a donut shop is the ham and cheese crassont it's the only place I know to get them when I ordered here it was all Crassont no ham or cheese really sux I drop 50 bucks for everyone else here and I get stiffed on the one thing I look forward to.

Visited here for a coffee fix before heading back on the road. This review is solely based on the drinks and our experience at this store because we didn't get any donuts ironically.
Parking: This location is 4 min away from the Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa. There's a large parking lot with plenty of spots.
Ambiance/Environment: The indoor is spacious, but there's only a couple tables and seats. It's very clean and quiet inside. No outdoor seating. It's more so a quick grab-n-go. The donuts are displayed and labeled. Prices are on the menu.
Service: There were 3 workers when we arrived. The cashier that assisted us was simply nice and efficient. Throughput was quick after ordering. The 2 other workers that were conversing needs to work on their professionalism because they were swearing out loud.
Drinks: I ordered their seasonal drink Iced Butter Crumb Latte. It was definitely sweet. I didn't really care for the foam because it didn't taste like much. The drink itself was cookie flavored and creamy. If you prefer your coffee sweet, then this is the drink for you.
Pricing: Of course prices are more than average. The donuts and drinks are priced for the amount of ingredients used but mainly for its brand name. I'd visit again (in my home area) to try their donuts.

Tempting Toys
Had an urge for a couple of doughnuts at around 6:35, but it took too long, thus my urge faded. I suppose I should thank them for saving me $6 lol. It's obvious they are under staffed. Guy in a truck just pulled up (6:53 pm) as I was texting this review and got served right away because another worker came in for her shift at the same time. If management want to see the video I took please feel free to ask. That customer just left took him two min to get his fix of doughnuts.....DOH!

Middle aged older lady ruined my day today. I tried to order 3 dozens in drive thru but she told me that I can only order 2 dozen at a time on drive thru (or walk into the store) so I decided to first order 2 dozens at the drive thru. I explained why I couldn’t go inside because I have a baby. She gave me dirty look right away. Anyways.. as soon as I got my first 2 dozens and then I went back to order the 3rd dozen, the older middle aged lady took my 2nd order but she didn’t give the receipt. I was waiting a long time inside the car and even had to honk my car horn because i needed the receipt but she was on her cell phone and she didn’t even look at the window. Finally I got the 2nd receipt from her but she gave me a dirty look again and was very dismissive and disrespectful. Really someone needs to address this with her and fire her. Omg.. I will not be going back here again!!! The lady’s attitude clearly shows she doesn’t know a thing about customer service. Just an overall terrible experience.!!!
Great fresh old fashioned donuts. If that’s what you are looking for, this place is it. If you are looking for some fancy new “fusion” donuts - skip it and keep looking!

I went in to order a drink and he said they are closing a hour early and didnt say why they were closeing early but served the guy that was in front of us so due to the poor customer service and the fact they served people in front of me when yet they said they were closed doesn't make sense I really hope the manager fixes this problem because it says poorly when it comes to the company name as they hire people that pick and choose who they want to help
