Middle aged older lady ruined my day today. I tried to order 3 dozens in drive thru but she told me that I can only order 2 dozen at a time on drive thru (or walk into the store) so I decided to first order 2 dozens at the drive thru. I explained why I couldn’t go inside because I have a baby. She gave me dirty look right away. Anyways.. as soon as I got my first 2 dozens and then I went back to order the 3rd dozen, the older middle aged lady took my 2nd order but she didn’t give the receipt. I was waiting a long time inside the car and even had to honk my car horn because i needed the receipt but she was on her cell phone and she didn’t even look at the window. Finally I got the 2nd receipt from her but she gave me a dirty look again and was very dismissive and disrespectful. Really someone needs to address this with her and fire her. Omg.. I will not be going back here again!!! The lady’s attitude clearly shows she doesn’t know a thing about customer service. Just an overall terrible experience.!!!

I went in to order a drink and he said they are closing a hour early and didnt say why they were closeing early but served the guy that was in front of us so due to the poor customer service and the fact they served people in front of me when yet they said they were closed doesn't make sense I really hope the manager fixes this problem because it says poorly when it comes to the company name as they hire people that pick and choose who they want to help

Yum, Yum and Yum!! We discovered Randys donuts via YouTubers. We had been getting donuts from Saint honore. Randys super exceeded Sanit Honore's donuts by so many aspects. Randys donuts are fresher, tastier, and the price is much better. We were in Vegas for 2 weeks and visited Randys 4 times!! The donuts are light and airy, and they taste delicious! We are so happy we found this place. Although they do not say they are nut free there are no donuts with peanuts on them. 3 of the 4 of my family have peanut/nut allergies so it's really nice to know that. Service is always friendly and we appreciate that.
Out of practically everything and I prefer gas station donuts to the ones they have.
