I'am amazed how unhelpful the staff of this Randy's donut brunch, placed an order on their website, I was charged then it was cancelled after. When I called the store they said they didnt received the order but it was very clear I was charged on my bank. The lady I talked to did not even offer any help how to fix my problem, and told me She dont know what to do about it like it's not their problem. Really? Thats how your customer services works??? Train your employees Randy's Donut, this is not a good customer services looked like. Dont order on their website and dont expect they would be helpful to you coz they won't. Frustrating.

The donuts here are fantastic, fresh, and dont need all the stuff some other places put all over theirs. They just use simple, good ingredients. We especially like the crondy!! We are willing to drive 20 minutes to get these donuts. Plus each time you go, the staff is always friendly!!

Once a month I like to treat myself to these delectable sweet treats. I recommend going anytime before 11am, so you can get the best overall donuts because a lot of them do sell out fast. This location has a drive-thru which is very convenient, but I usually order them online so I can see which donuts are available at that time. Every time I've ordered here, the donuts always come out so fresh and warm with the perfect amount of sweetness. I cannot stress this enough, the maple donuts at this shop are absolutely delicious. I highly recommend!

This is the 3rd day in a row I've came here for a simple frozen mango lemonade only to be told loke McDonald's we dont have any. Its super close to my house so I thought it was gonna to be an ease and new at that. Now I understand not having it when you close in an hour but at 6 in the evening on a Saturday and noon on a Sunday. I had to drive 18mins to the other one and grab 2 because I refuse to be disappointed yet again.

The texture is soft and chewy almost like a mochi donut. Very different than your normal airy donuts. I like them but it might not be for every one.
