Rang’s is the quintessential Vegas hidden gem. This special place is ran by a lovely wife and husband duo whose passion and care can be felt throughout every experience. Rang’s is a culinary experience that should be had! The food is incredible and no review can do it justice, you just have to experience it for yourself. You will not be disappointed.

Dude. Just go. You'd be remiss to not. If there were 1000 stars I'd leave that.

Rangs , really nice spot to dine in. We enjoy tongue, octopus, scallops and beef cheek. All dishes were done to perfection, full of flavor , my really favorite was tongue, the sause is inmaculate, I had to order extra slices of bread to eat it all. I hope I can go back soon.

Benedict and his wife Rang own this cute restaurant with high-quality food and service.

Food was delicious and flavors were well balanced. Additional baguette slices for the lengua would have been nice. I later dipped a scallop in the lengua sauce and it made the scallop so much better.

I've been wanting to try this place out & we decided to come here on April 1st for our anniversary. It's also always nice to support small businesses. Benedict served us & the best part of Filipinos is the hospitality. He told us about the restaurant being a Mom & Pop shop, his wife, Rang, being the chef. It felt like being in my Tito & Tita's house lol He gave us some recommendations & one that wasn't on the menu yet. I ordered their Truffle mushrooms with Foie Gras risotto for entrée & my fiancé ordered the Bistek. The one note I will give is we didn't expect the Bistek to come out as a legit steak lol so if we were given the heads up, my fiancé would've asked for it to be in medium rare. But either way, with the way it was marinated, it still tasted fantastic. It was kind of trippy bc it definitely tasted like your usual Tagalog bistek. Our appetizers was the Lengua Salpicao & Albondigas. The Lengua was OMG wow. We purposely left some over so I can bring it home to work & I ended up eating with it & mixing it with my leftover risotto. They really gotta put this as a risotto menu lol. The Albondigas was delicious as well, but not as surprising as the Lengua. We told Benedict it was our anniversary & he gave us their home made Tiramisu....that's on the menu & u have to try it! It is now one of my favorite Tiramisu ever! It isn't too sweet & it wasn't overwhelmed with espresso. I can't wait to come back & try the other parts of the menu!

Really good dishes here. Everything we had for dinner for incredibly flavorful and well prepared. Restaurant is small but nice intimate setting.

With limited choices of vegetarian items, the food is still great

Another great food experience — and a place we highly recommend! Rang’s Cocina Moderne. Chef Rang developed this fusion of Spanish/Italian/Filipino. She is preparing all the dishes and her husband Benedict is the host and server. The restaurant is beautiful — the food is out of this world — and they are so nice! Rang’s is the recipient of the 2024 Culinary Excellence Rising Star award! We had Dulong for our app — baguette with whitebait, capers, lemon, olive oil and garlic! So delicious!!! For main dishes we had Wild Mushroom Truffle Risotto with foie gras — and Aligue pasta with Crabfat and garlic shrimp! Can’t wait to go back and try so many other things on their menu!!! Check it out.

Gorgeous, intimate, and atmosphere beautifully decorated and impeccable service. The appetizers complimented the wine perfectly. Vongole bursted with flavor and every dish was amazing. Would recommend and will be returning. The chef and server are the owners and you can tell they take pride in their service. Thank you for an amazing experience.

Discovered a hidden culinary gem and savored a delectable lunch! We indulged in dulong (silverfish) on slices of perfectly toasted French baguettes, succulent braised beef cheeks, and aligue (crab fat) pasta paired with garlic shrimp, all bursting with rich umami flavors.
An unforgettable experience, made
even better by meeting the talented Chef Rang and her husband Benedict who were both very friendly and accommodating.

Really great fusion restaurant. Benedict (one of the owners) was very attentive and kind while serving us, and his wife, the chef (Rang) was very personable as well, coming out to check on us. Overall good was great with service to match - highly suggest

Menu intrigued me and so I finally made it over to Rang's for lunch. Was greeted instantly and shown to a prepared two-top.

Atmosphere: A high-low setting; melamine plates, diner silverware on paper napkins alongside a stark neutral color palette, twisted napkin-shaped light fixtures, plants on black shelves, and sketches depicting Latin scenes. Music was pop-song covers.

Food-
Mushroom Soup ($9): Fine. Thinner broth type, with the mushrooms shredded rather than sliced. Croutons were good.

Lengua Salpicao ($19): Tender slightly chewy cubes, loads of garlic, a touch salty. Presented in a dish which shape (purposely?) resembled its contents in original form, as did the three crostini. Would have preferred more baguette slices to scoop up the sauce and meat, but menu listed $3 for five slices, so abstained.

Opera Cake ($9): Very pretty with a good mirror chocolate ganache top. Delicate chocolate and coffee flavor.

Can of Sprite was $3.

Value: Varies; might seem a trifle high for some menu items, but good for the more unusual offerings.

Service: Very friendly.
