Rangs Cocina Moderne is the definition of a hidden gem! The chef ,Rang , and her cook ,Jake , created an amazing blend of flavors that had me in awe. I tried the Aligue with Garlic Shrimp, the Bistek, the Lengua Salpicao, and the Tiramisu to end it off.
The Lengua Salpicao had an excellent texture and a marvelous taste to go with it! A very savory taste with a soft and tender meat in a delicious sauce with toasted bread to scoop it all up! I enjoyed the Aligue with Garlic Shrimp and it was a treat! The noodles were cooked to perfection and the shrimp had a wonderfully fresh and light flavor to complement. My last entree was the bistek, and it did not disappoint! The steak was large topped with bistek sauce and sautéd onions with green beans and rice on the side. The steak was cooked to perfection and had a rich and savory flavor that was well worth the price. I finished off my Meal with a slice of Tiramisu, and it was everything you could ask of a cake. A light and airy cake with soft and creamy layers alongside a cherry and whipped cream. There was no better ending to a perfect meal!
My server/host ,Benedict , had a very hospitable personality and made me feel like at was at home. He warmly greeted me and offered to give me recommendations on the menu. He made the dining experience that much more memorable and truly put the cherry on top of an already flawless experience.
Overall, the experience of Rangs Cocina Moderne was enjoyable and memorable. I would highly suggest this restaurant to anyone who is in the Las Vegas area and wants to support a family owned business!

Food was great, service was great and ambience was great! We recommend the Foie Gras with Truffled Mushroom Risotto, Bistek, Aligue Pasta & Lengua Salpicao. Can't wait to try the Chilean Sea Bass, Beef Cheeks and Scallops with Squid Ink Risotto.

Every single time I have dined at this restaurant, I leave completely satisfied with the quality of the service and food. Not many restaurants have impressed me with the ability to remain consistently amazing. Chef Rang and Benedict never disappoint.

Our family's fave is Chef Rang's baked salmon and Ceasar Salad. We had ordered all her menu and they all taste amazing. Proud to have a Filipino-Italian fusion like this in Las Vegas. A must visit when you are in or near Charleston.

What a pleasant surprise to have been invited to such a quaint venue with excellent service and better food choices. I HIGHLY recommend the Bistek. This husband and wife owned and operated restaurant already has a 5 star rating....and it's obvious why.

First time here and we were blown away with the food, service, and ambiance! Must try - lengua salpicao and bistek! It's a shame we only found out about this place just now. We will definitely come back and dive into the menu further. 😉

Wasn’t quite sure what to expect but lets say it surpassed our expectations!
Had the lengua (ox tongue) salpicao, beef cheek and aligue (crab fat) pasta. The chef (Rang) does an excellent job of balancing the richness of the beef and crab fat with lemon and fresh herbs. Even if some of these ingredients sound a bit strange, you owe it to yourself to check it out! You won’t regret it.

What a beautiful hidden gem. The owner's are so accommodating and go above and beyond to make an incredible dining experience. Rang turns classic dishes into a unique fusion that is both fun and difficult to describe. A great balance between nostalgia and a place you've never been.

Honestly, this place was such a great find. The owners are super warm and welcoming and make you feel comfortable right away. The service was friendly and on point without feeling rushed.
The food was really, really good. You can tell the dishes are well thought out and made with care — everything tasted great and came out beautifully. Overall, just a solid experience all around.
Definitely recommend checking it out. I’ll for sure be back.
